Great value for money, pleasant staff, clean & sorted environment, good breakfast, great beach access & facilities, great fitness centre, great Thai buffet, many good eating places within the area.

Very quiet in the off season, not very ‘viby’. I realise that can be good or bad depending on what you’re wanting/expecting.

Loved that our room was exactly what we saw on the internet. Loved the beach but we LOVED the pool and being able to have our own access. Everything was very accessible. Our room was a great size for a family of four. And we will be back!!

Everyone was very friendly, however I did see a young staff member take a photo of me when I was grabbing our bags the day we were leaving. A little odd and we were in a rush-I have not had the opportunity to speak to hotel about it.

Too many mosquitoes. 😔 Asked for late check ouy (1 hr only) and it wasnt granted.

Loved the attentive kids club . Breakfast buffet was a good spread . The bowling alley , gym and tennis courts were a treat

There are a lot of mosquitoes esp hiding under the bed and the bathroom . So beware they are everywhere

Graceland ticked all the boxes for us! We absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms are spacious and airy with a large porch and a garden tub. The pools are great and wide and the beach is stunning. Breakfast was the best we had in all 4 hotels we stayed in. The kids loved the beach art and the pools. We loved the beach bar and the perfect restaurant on the shore. A wide public area in the middle of the hotel where you can sit outside at night time if you're coming with a large group of friends and you all have kids :) I have to recommend the rooms at area 12-14 looks better than the older part and better location. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! Everyone is so nice and on top of everything 24/7. A special thanks to the lovely Miss Nong front desk manager, for really making a difference for us during our stay when solving a problem we had so quickly and efficiently!! We stayed in 4 hotels during our stay in Thailand and Graceland was absolutely top of the notch stay and we'll definitely stay again!!

The spa is beautiful and we'll designed but unfortunately the treatment wasn't the best and it was double the average in Thailand. I recommend going down the road and use the local spas.

The place was very much as expected. We would rate it for at four star + hotel. Nice welcome and check in. The rooms was large and with a nice kitchen, balcony and view. There was a lot of activities to choose from. The spa was excellent. The pool and the Beach nearby was really nice.there were a lot of variety of food in the breakfast buffet and the restaurants on the resort was nice. They made very nice pizzas european style.

The staff was not always professional. Some was more buzy checking their phones or doing activities themselves, which were for the guests.

The resort is good, but falls short of amazing. Rooms are clean but with minor issues. Food from the restaurant was better than expected, with Thai and Italian options. There is a great beachside restaurant (not run by the resort) immediately adjacent. The beach is nice, crunchy coral underfoot, lots of deck chairs despite the usual problem of certain groups ‘reserving’ them all day, then not using them. Kayaks and SUPs available for hire.

Breakfast selection was adequate but quality not quite there eg eggs not quite cooked. The grounds could be a bit better maintained.

The breakfast was buffet even though not many guests. Prices are very good considering not many other eating place close by. We chose the pool access rooms which is worth the few extra dollars. The beach is clean and easy for walks.

The resort is a good 18km from the Khao Lak town so can be expensive if using taxi for return trips. That is also where the money change booths are located. Scooter hire 300bth a day. ( Need international bike license)

Nice and well maintained hotel. A large, varied breakfast buffet (we bought with breakfast only). The hotel is on the seafront, and there is also a wide choice of restaurants and bars outside. Guests can choose to dine at indoor restaurants or locals in the street next to the hotel. You can also rent a scooter or take a taxi there, buy some trips to islands and other destinations or activities. Our room has been upgraded to a balcony with access to the pool, super nice! The staff is very helpful, especially in the sports games area.

We absolutely loved having a pool access room. To walk out of the room and right into the pool was definitely a huge perk, although the public pool looks great. We just didn't see the need to go when we had an almost private pool! This resort is on the pricier side but it was a 4 night splurge during our travels and we all had a wonderful time. Highlights: *staff were amazing, all super friendly and helpful. Stand put staff include Fluk (he ran all the beach side activities such as morning yoga and is such a fun person to be around!), Pa (who helped our kids learn muay thai with the biggest smile!) And Nat (activities director who radiates warmth). *breakfast is delicious, we really enjoyed the variety. *my kids loved bowling, pool and ping ping. They thought they were too big for kids club (age 7 and 9) and then begged to go at the end since there are crafts, wii, Legos, movies and different activities. My daughter got a really nicely done nail art for only 100THB for 10 digits.

Some things would have been helpful to know ahead of time. For instance, some of the drinking water provided is at no extra cost but we didn't know that until check out. There's water provided throughout the resort so not a huge deal. We also had a lot of mosquitos in the room, most likely during house keeping as the keep the doors open longer than we did coming in and out. Par for the course in this location; but we only noticed a bug deterrent plug in device in the room when we were packing up and checking all the drawers. Very minor drawbacks.
