A very pretty, lush and quiet property and across from a quiet lovely beach. Staff very nice, breakfast good. Rooms have everything you need, and very comfortable.

I thought i booked a room with a big bed but the room i was given had two twin beds. I have never, at 60 years old, booked and paid for a twin bed while on holidays ever. Also, the room had a significant portion of the balcony view blocked by another building. A bit disappointing. I paid to upgrade to a "villa" room, which had a very comfortable big bed and a nice, private lagoon view, but the internet connection frequently dropped. For 3k baht at the end of November, midweek, this seemed a bit overpriced considering the 2 or 3 problems that occurred. Would i stay there again? Yes absolutely, but only after making sure those problems didn't happen again : )

Beautiful resort in a lovely setting. We stayed in 2 lakeside villas which were very spacious with comfortable beds. Very peaceful and across a small road from a lovely beach which was clean and uncrowded. No problems swimming in the sea. Breakfast had a good choice and was plentiful. Staff were very friendly and attentive if needed and the rooms were cleaned daily. The swimming pool was clean and in a mostly shaded area if you want to escape the heat and sun of the beach! A lovely place for chilling out at the end our trip to Thailand - I’d stay again.

Quite quiet nearby - a shuttle bus to Khao Lak centre would be good (about 15 minutes in a taxi)

The hotel team is truly exceptional. From assisting with the booking process (I encountered some issues with the system) to their prompt availability via phone and messages, and accommodating a late arrival, everything was flawless. The hotel is situated away from the busy streets, offering a serene and slightly secluded location—ideal for those seeking relaxation. At the beach, the soothing sound of the waves is the only interruption to the peaceful silence. The rooms are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly suited for both work and leisure. It is very quiet with cozy vibes....The large balcony is an excellent spot to unwind with a cup of tea. The breakfast is fantastic, featuring a wide variety of options. Fresh fruits, yogurt, and pancakes cater to those with a sweet tooth, while savory choices, including eggs prepared in different styles, satisfy those with a preference for salty flavors.

Breakfast which was included was fantastic it had everything from fresh fruits, cereals, yougurts, various fruit juices, breads, omelette and eggs prepared to your request, continental cheeses and hams, local hot Thai dishes and of course tea and coffee. All provided by helpful and friendly staff.

This was the third time we have stayed at this resort and the first after Covid. The staff and feel of the hotel have not changed, however it along with so many other small hotels have struggled whilst Thailand was in lockdown. They are finding their feet again and there are issues such as the decking around the pool area which are in need of attention which they appear to be fixing. The complimentary transport into khoa Lak which was offered by the hotel has been stopped but for the main the hotel still remains a quiet tranquil place where you feel that you are in the heart of a tropical paradise yet just a short walk away from restaurants and bars and a few steps from the best beaches in this part of Thailand.

Its like living in a jungle, just amazing! All the wildlife you hear in the morning and evening is amazing. The breakfast is also incredible, its absolutely amazing, the nicest ive ever had whilst travelling. The pool was super nice as well and the staff was super friendly too. In the same street there are some really cute restaurants as well, i loved them You only have to cross the street to go the to beach, which is also very quiet, i love it! 10/10 would recommend

The bungalows / villas are well separated in a lovely tropical forest and lake location giving a very pleasant, quiet and private experience. Great access to the beach - deck chairs and parasols provided. Breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice and day-to-day variety. Loved having an outdoor shower as well as the indoor one in the bathroom.

The bed was a little bit on the firm side - but I understand that is quite normal for Thailand.

We loved it. Our room was at the back of the resort in the 1st floor. We were level with a lot of the trees and could sit on the balcony and watch birds and squirrels. So calm. Close to a pristine beach. We swam every day.

Nowhere to refill water bottles. The bar staff were really good about refilling for us but it would have been nice to have a water dispenser so we couldd just refill our own.

Set in natural jungle type surroundings. Beach and area nice and quiet. With a some bars and restaurants just outside and lots more about 10 min walk on beach.

Room a bit dated and we got a lake view but couldn’t see it as bushes too big infront of balcony. Lake could do with a clean up.

The Haadson resort is in a lovely peaceful location. The Villas were clean and comfortable. The water pressure for the showers was great. Lots of hot water, I really enjoyed the rain shower. Food was very tasty and nicely served.
