Good location , 7-11 down stairs, superrich for exchange money with higher rates, convenience for eating and everything you need . The room is a bit small , the fridge is small too but it is ok with microwave Staff are very nice friendly helpful

The hotel should leave the sign in front of glass doors entrance, so everyone can know the reception desk on level 5 upstairs by lift At the lift should have the sign too, because when we came to the hotel late at night from airport, no one was there, no sign, nothing to show how to get in to the hotel. When we booked the hotel, they did not send any information that reception is on level 5 or going to the lift to get there Hopefully the hotel will do this for everyone in the future

The location of this residence is great: 1 min walking distance to MRT station, right on top of a Starbucks coffee shop and 7-11 convenient shop, in the heart of Chinatown, highly accessible to local restaurants, night markets and major tourist attractions. The room is considered as spacious for a family of 3, and fully equipped (electrical kettle, microwave, utensils, etc).

It would be nicer if some coffee or tea, slippers and a safety box can be provided for the guests.

Hard to find the hotel entrance as there was only a very small sign which was very easy to miss. And no information on where the reception is located. An unpleasant odor from the cleaning agents ( I think/hope) when you enter the room. Lots of other Chinese guests in other rooms like to leave their doors open so their noises filter through into ours.

Can't get more central than this spot > 3mins walk from MRT Wat Mangkon station (blue line), same distance to China town, 12mins walk to the quaint Ong Ang Canal or the Ratchawong jetty. Lots of local food options mere steps away, at budget friendly range too. For all that it's located along a high traffic street, the sound-proofing of the room was amazing and ensured comfort. Aircon was cold and the bed+pillows are sleep inducing. TV is hooked to the internet (only) so can browse Utube and Netflix all hours of the day; I've had no issues with wifi despite other reviewers' experience. Rain shower was great, high water pressure and adjustable heat...the only challenge was figuring out how to turn it on (clue: there are 2 knobs you hv to turn to open). This became a "how many people does it take to..." joke. If you love solving puzzles, then this one's a hoot. The kitchenette was enough for 2 person's use, but cleaning tools (soap, sponge, etc) are not provided, so keeping the place clean takes some ingenuity. The reception crew (Tommy, I think) was very helpful and friendly - certainly made our stay welcomed!

Almost perfect except for: * Non-existent housekeeping service - as noted by other reviewers, this service is badly lacking and when provided was not fully clean/neat. * The drainage stench after a shower is affirmed; but I solved this by bringing my own air freshener and keeping the bathroom door closed. The smell goes away after a time, though. I wasn't overly disturbed by this. * No reception staff working before 10am, leaving the reception completely unmanned; we left the key on the desk with fingers crossed. Saw a few other guests who did the same too.

Reception was always very friendly. Location is good Room was nice, apart from the tap you couldn’t wash your hands under and the shower was hit and miss

It isn’t very easy to find like others said, the small door between 7/11 and Starbucks. They organised a trip for us on the last day which I thought was kind (same price was quoted as your agent), but turns out I was ripped off. I was taken to the railway market (free) but then the floating market I was then expected to pay another 4000 bht (£90) for a boat. All in was a very expensive trip and wished I booked via a travel company Do not use hotel to book transport, I jumped in a taxi at airport for 500 bht and the hotel wanted 800 bht

The room is spacious, the facilities are perfect. Hotel is near to MRT station (less than 100m), 7-11 is on the ground floor of the building. It's really close to chinatown nightmarket too!

Everything is good. But, please take more attention to smelly room, I think it comes from the sinks. Note to everyone who wants to stay in this hotel, you can just open the window and the smell will gone.

The property was well maintained and conveniently located near a train station. My room had a nice view of the street below, and the staff was pleasant.

The door to the building is hard to open when coming back to the property late in the evening

New Hotel, mixed use with monthly residents, big room, great location in Chinatown above a 7-Eleven and Starbucks, just 1 minute walk from the MRT, very good cleanliness, TV with Netflix, Wifi was mostly stable, good enough to work. Staff was truly excellent, the young man at the front desk helped me out several times and is a great employee with outstanding work ethic who will go far in life for sure.

There were a few minor issues that could mostly be fixed relatively easily, I am mentioning them here mostly for the owners so they can address them. * My room didn't have a real table for working. I ended up using the low coffee table and sat on the floor. * The water faucet in the bathroom sink is installed to deep. I ended up turning it upside down, then it was usable. * Some of the electrical outlets are very hard to insert anything into, probably because they are so new or not installed perfectly aligned * Not really a quiet room, the road is relatively busy. Didn't impact my sleep, just be aware if you are a very light sleeper

Staff friendly and helpful good room facilities If you want to explore Chinatown it is a good location Difficulty in finding the entrance afforded a more private and secure stay with peace of mind

I was not prepared for the relative difficulty arriving by car Forewarned is forearmed... It is also not easy to find the entrance . But because l knew it was above 7.11 I found it much quicker than I found the entrance which is through Station 1
