The location is perfect, only four minutes away from night market and MRT in Chinatown, and there are many specialty dessert shops and noodles shops around. The shower is strong, and there are toothbrushes, shower gels, soaps, and slippers. The room is big and the bed very comfortable, especially the towels are new and soft. Perfect completely exceeded my expectations。I would like to special mention to the front desk staff who were polite , attentive and patient in answering my questions. If you need help calling a private chartered car, they will also assist with communication, the price is cheaper than the one on the App. Our family spent the most comfortable three days in Thailand at this hotel.

Loved this hotel! Nice room with comfortable beds and good a/c. Large bathroom with great shower and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fast and reliable wifi (we work online so this is very important to us). The location was fantastic, on the edge of Chinatown, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants close by. Easy walk to the train station if you arrive or leave by train. The closest MRT Station is about 5mn walk.

the place was an old warehouse converted to a 4 storey hotel, very spacious rooms , at central chinatown n mrt station convenient to walk around and explore the chinatown area, lots of street food stalls along the busy streets, although hotel is located here but the area around the street near hotel is quiet n nice, on n off there’s motor vehicles passing by at night, the staffs are very polite n always try their best to help the guests , the hotel boss Mr Lek is a very nice guy , he always go the extra mile to help his guest, we will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we come to bangkok city ,thank you

Very good location, close to the subway but also close to the craziness of the Chinatown night market. Clean, quiet hotel that smells good. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need, the reception staff are friendly.

An important minus is that the room had no window, only a door that communicated with a space inside the building, so little natural light. It was really our fault when we made the reservation, we didn't realize that it doesn't have a window written in the description. The room is not soundproof and you can hear any noise from the hallway. I had problems with ants in the bathroom, but it was solved the next day.

Location - Excellent. Walking distance to Wat Mangkon MRT station and Chinatown Bangkok. Easy late-night food nearby Chinatown for you. You can bring outside food and even order Grabfood. It's not noisy at night. The street is empty at night and it's safe for you to walk from the MRT station to the hotel Service - Excellent. Upon arrival, there was a slight delay in check-in and they asked me to be seated as the room was not ready yet. The staff was very polite and within 10 min, the staff approached me and inform me my room is ready and can check-in. The receptionist and the owner will be at the front desk to open the door if you come late to the hotel after 10 pm. I always come late and have no issues. They are very friendly and accommodating. Hygiene & Clean - Excellent. Very Very clean. Highly recommended for family & couple stay or for those who are very concern on hygiene & cleanliness. Water - Good Water Pressure. Had a good night & morning shower Others ; The rooms are cleaned daily. There is USB cable port nearby the bed and a sufficient plug point in the room. The lights are nearby the bed so you can swift on and off the lights from the bed. The WIFI connection is good Beds are comfortable to sleep Overall - I highly recommend this hotel. Cheap and good.!!

Don't expect views from your hotel room. You cant open the window. It's not a bad thing or something to complain about. Just FYI

Due to travelling in low season, I got an royal single room for a rather low fare. The room and bath were very spacious and clean with everything you'd expect in an upper midrange hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Best AC I have ever experienced. Right in der middle of China town. It didn't seem to me you can do much wrong here.

The only strange thing was that room service to make up the room arrived after 3pm when I was resting in the room and hiding from the insufferable heat. That should really happen at an earlier point of the day.

Brilliant beyond brilliant! I myself have been to Bangkok before, but this is my first time going with my parents, who of course had all sorts of questions, but the staff was just amazing, patient with them and went above and beyond. The location is great, only minutes away from eateries and all Chinatown has to offer (and really close to MRT and the ferry dock)! The room is impeccable, we booked a family room with 2 huge beds and an incredibly spacious bathroom, fantastic! But really the staff there was the highlight of our stay! Me being forgetful actually left 1000 baht and didn’t realise until I was well on my way to the airport. The reception arranged with the taxi driver to have him paying us and they would transfer him the money, and that way we got our money back without any hassle. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Bangkok! Thank you Oldthaiheng!

Everything was perfect. The location is close to a metro station, the room was very clean and huge. On top of that, the staffs of the hotel are all extraordinarily nice. Especially, Lak, the owner of the hotel nicely helped me out so many times during my stay. I’ve traveled around the world and have stayed in many hotels in my life, but this hotel is definitely the best one I’ve found. Thank you very very very much for making my stay in Bangkok special. I’d love to come back in near future! :)

Spacious room, tip top cleanliness, good location away from noise n crowd yet walking friendly to chinatown. Hotel decor is tasteful with chinese elements and owner of hotel is friendly and humble. Strongly recommended place to stay for those wants to explore the old charm of chinatown in Bangkok.
