The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Everything is perfect, it was rainy week and they provided umbrella. Easy access, you can use Doubletree and Hilton entrance/exit.

They did not refill our shampoo, conditioner and body wash. sigh. Thought it’s common sense, we stayed for 3 nights but we only got 1 bottle each on the first day we arrived hmmm.

The breakfast was good,but location was far from train station.

It was a bit expensive.

Location, friendliness of staff and comfortable rooms. The location is right near Emporium and a stone through from Emquartier, which are both great shopping malls in the area. It is also close to the BTS station, good massage places like Asia Herb, food places (both street, cafe and fancy places). The Hilton is also behind the hotel and the restaurant grill there is great! Bed was comfortable and and clean.

The traffic on the street can be crippling if your want to get anywhere by a grab but this can be anywhere on the the same street or along Sukhumvit. The rooms were also a little tired, and our bathroom had drain bugs.

The breakfast was delicious - very diversified in an relaxed atmosphere!

Pool is not very deep… but you probably do not visit Bangkok to just lay the pool!

The delicious breakfast is a great way to begin our work day. The choices vary each morning and the entire staff is amazing. Everything is clean, fresh, and well maintained. We have booked this hotel many times and will continue in the future. The rooms are clean, quiet, and everything works well. The cleaning staff is friendly and very efficient. The hotel is located close to the BTS Skytrain which takes us everywhere we need to go. Soi 26 is a quiet and safe Soi at night.

I did not get to stay long enough.

Great hotel, we only stayed 3 night's and it was pouring down most of the days but location was great for Emporium Mall which has everything you need. We've been to Thailand before so this was just a stopover for us, we didn't do any typical sightseeing as we'd done it all already. Therefore the hotel location for rainy days is perfect, it's so close to the station as well so getting out and about is very easy.

Can't really fault it for a 3 day stay :) it was perfect for what we wanted.

Great location for our 2 night stay close to eating places, shopping mall and access to public transport

Nothing to bad, but the aircon facility was too noisy to leave in at night. And for a 5 star hotel why is there only coffee mate to put in your tea? And only 1 sachet per person per day, no where near enough, should have milk for tea and more coffee mate available. Service charge of 10% not optional it was mandatory which I find strange.

various type of breakfast buffet in the morning. I had Thai noodle most of days. They have changed some ingredients every day or some days which I enjoyed. I could see general manager has greeted to my partner who stays frequently and she kindly greeted to me as well and they try to make our stay as much as possible. also she has taken some feedback favorably and moving forward for the better quality of service. So impressive.

I went to the outside pool once in the morning. it was too early to order for drink(10:50 while bar opens at 11:00), the staff informed it’s not open and it will open at 11:00 which is still kind to inform. As a tip for the extra mile service, it could have been very nice if the staff come to me after opening to take an order. it will be their profit and also better service.
