the shower is a very silly design which floods the bathroom and you can’t adjust the shower head I’m 5,5 and the shower was directed straight at my face also they don’t fully check the rooms after check out I found drugs in the freezer

The location is great as it is very central and walking distance to Sukhumvit and Phrom Phong BTS. There is free parking onsite. We had a two bedroom suite which was a good size for a longer stay with our toddler, very helpful to have a washing machine, microwave and kitchen sink in the room. There was an area-wide electricity cut on one day during our stay, expected to be off between 8am - 6pm, and the staff were great at keeping us informed when we were out, of when the power was back on so we could return to the hotel (toddler needed a nap!).

The breakfast offering could have been slightly better / more fresh. We found the bread and pastries each day were a little stale. However, the staff were attentive and helpful in bringing our orders (eggs) to the table. Soundproofing in the rooms is not brilliant. We were on the 8th floor, and while never bothered by constant traffic noise, we could clearly hear construction work and also the garbage truck emptying lots of glass bottles at 3am every two days. I understand a hotel can not control outside noise but better sound proofing may be a good step.

bed and pillow are soft and comfy. Location is near shops/mall and public transpo (BTS). Breakfast is just enough and fit for the price.

The one thing I didn't like was the bad Wi-Fi signal I had. And the pool was very cold, for me it was oké but for our son it was too cold!

The location is nice. Just a few walk to the BTS line. There's a 7-eleven in front & a wonderful Michelin restaurant on the side, plus massage places! The room we booked is big & nice and the bed's comfy. They clean it daily & replenish the toiletries.

The breakfast — same with other reviews I've read before booking . They serve local (unfamiliar) food to international guests. The options are too little & we have to request for the rice, bacon etc. to be replenished. And almost the same everyday. Also, the staff aren't too approachable or they lack English-speaking officers who could assist better.

This hotel is in a great location! Walking distance (5 minutes) to public transport and cabs/tuk tuks everywhere. Public transport can get you just about anywhere! Endless places to eat and get a massage also within walking distance along with some amazing shopping centres nearby (Emporium and Terminal 21). You could spend a day or two exploring sois off the main road. Room was very comfortable! Also nice and quiet.

Balcony was small and mostly filled with air-conditioning units...no where to sit and listen to the city go by if that's what you like. Breakfast buffet was small but sufficient.

The staff was very very nice and helpful! When we found the first suite we booked to be smelling bad because of previous customers who smoked inside, they immediately proposed us another suite (bigger) that was non-smoking.

More of a miss on our side than something we did not like: when booking this hotel, you have to specify whether you want a smoking or non-smoking floor (or room). We did not do it and were given, as a family, a smoking suite. Staff however had the kindness to give us another room (non-smoking) and help us move our (many) luggages.

The location was alright and near BTS. There is 7-11 opposite. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and great hot showers.

The air conditioner did not work properly. The breakfast was not that great. The food was mostly catered to japanese cuisine. should at least include 1-2 thai foods. I ate croissants/bread every day. The lobby lift button was difficult to press.

Really modern and clean rooms. Staff helpful and friendly. The pool is perfect fir cooling off. The gym is small but had enough to keep you going while you're away. 3 mins from Metro. Loads of restaurants in the area. Set back from the main roads, so I found it very quiet. Breakfast was fine too. Catering for the Asian Market, but I love that food, so I enjoyed it.

Not important to me, but only 7 TV channels. , if that's your thing.

The staff was SO serviceminded, helping us woth everything such as booking taxi, check out later and gave us a lot of tips of things to do in Bangkok. 10/10! The room was amazing too. Most comfy bed we’ve tried in Thailand, great linen and pillows. Amazing omelet made on order for breakfast!

As written, the omelet on the breakfast was great but for us we would like some more options. The buffet was big but contained mostly thai food.
