Favorite thing about the Hilton in Sukhumvit is its location. Loved the Soi 24 street, which is lined with good hotels and 2/3 mins walk from the Emporium and EmQuartier malls as well the BTS station. There were also lines of massage places, offering relaxing foot massage after a long day of walking around. Food options were great too.

For $240+ per night, expected more from the room. Not saying the room was not satisfactory, it most certainly was clean, spacious, comfortable, had a nice view of the skyline and met all my requirements. What would have made this experience special would be a rooftop New Year’s celebration, which the hotel did not have. Also the bathroom ceiling had a very visible cutout which might have been made for some repair work earlier?

Excellent staff especially at check-in where we were attended by a seasoned and courteous man name Boat. He made our stay comfortable explaining everything from breakfast, executive lounge and any requests we may have.

Like most hotels, post-pandemic facilities have been reduced but Hilton Sukhumvit still tries to make sure nothing is missed although costs have been cut noticeably in certain areas. I trust they will go back to as before as business returns.

Location is great, short walk to skytrain and easy to get a taxi. Staff are really friendly. Very quiet hotel, you don't see many people in the lobby or halls which is nice for business trips, maybe feels a bit desolate for tourists though.

There was a weird high pitched buzzing noise in the middle of the night, and because I switched the airco off it was more intense and woke me up (light sleeper) several times. I could hear it on the corridor too, so must have come from another room. Swimming pool is nice but very cold and despite being on the rooftop it's a bit boring (no exciting rooftop vibe).

Their perfect location provides us a variety of foods, high-end shopping malls, relaxing (Thai massages, Spas) and more to spend enjoyable time around. Everything are located nearby, just a distance we can not make a sweat even walking in extremely hot Thai weather. Besides the location, a room was clean and comfort enough to have a good sleep. A hardness of their bed was matching to my preference perfectly. (I guess the bed was just new...) I like to add one more thing, which was that I could see capable staff at reception/front desk by the end of my 2 nights stay. Her treatment was good enough to make my score go up to 9+ otherwise I might even have no idea to make a review of the hotel due to an unpleasant event at their cafeteria on the day before.

modern, spacious, quite luxurious rooms. great bathroom. everything worked really well eg Wi-Fi, shower, air con, lighting etc really good. breakfast in hotel was superb - excellent quality and choice of food. thai people are so pleasant and friendly and the service culture is excellent - and all of this was so evident in the Hilton. staff really did a superb job. they did not charge lots for little extras.

possibly the rooftop pool could have been slightly larger, but actually it was great for a city stay pool.

The room was good, nothing extra ordinary considering the price. Breakfast was a very regular 5 star buffet breakfast spread. Location was the only standout perfectly located, very convenient to travel.

There was nothing I didn't like however at this price, I expected better.

The overall stay was good. Full effort was made to accommodate our requests.

Breakfast needs improvement, especially the halal factor for Muslim visitors.

The location is great, near to shopping mall and public transportation but not really busy.

The breakfast is good but it could be better in terms of choices. There was one day we had to take breakfast in other hotel due to other event was booked in that day evening. I was not satisficed with the hall conditions and 2 of coffee machines breakdown. I would expect better served of guest more than I accepted.
