1. The rooms are big! Really what you paid for. 2. Location is near MBK Center. Then from MBK, it's just one station away from Siam. Convenient Location. 3. The staff are very accommodating. They assisted us nicely and promptly - even checking out at midnight. 4. They are very baby/toddler-friendly. The restaurant has baby chair and baby utensils for my baby. 5. The have big bathrooms. Very relaxing to have a long bath. 6. The kitchenette is good, particularly if you have small children - where you need to wash bottles, plates, etc. 7. The washing machine is a good add-on.

1. The residences is a separate building from the hotel. Not really a big deal - just when you check-in and out, and dine. 2. Hoping to have a service from the hotel to MBK Center or Siam Paragon - just inconvenient to walk since it's very humid! Good thing there's Grab. 3. Food choices for breakfast are limited. But they have good coffee!

The staff are wonderful. The ladies and gentlemen working at the hotel are very polite, helpful and professional. The location is central to main transportation routes and shopping, with the Sky Train, four major shopping malls, and several cultural attractions within 500m. Hard to beat. We made great use of the washing machine!

The breakfast however was poor. Eggs were not fresh. The coffee was not very well made. We asked for waffles, and got 'french toast' but with no cinnamon. Thailand is one of the world's best countries to eat, right up there with Italy and France, so they could really improve this aspect. If the food had been great, my review would be much more positive. There are better places to eat down the street. Also, the internet at this hotel is like 'free airport wifi.' You have to sign in every time you come back to the room. We found it most annoying.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our two bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable, and came with a lot of amenities (kitchenette, microwave, WiFi, washer/dryer, clothing rack, fridge to name a few). The hotel staff were all courteous and always willing to help whenever needed. Their location is great as well, only a short walk to National Stadium station, and lots of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

The room is basically a little apartment, it was well more than I needed as a solo traveller but great to have a washing machine in the room. Also it was very clean and I liked the black out curtain in the bedroom. Location is great if you're looking to be close to the malls. The breakfast was very delicious (don't miss out on the pancakes!).

If you're a woman traveling alone then the side street the hotel is on is not very pleasant to walk alone when it's dark out. Also this hotel has two buildings, I was in the back building which means that I had to walk through a side road to get to the entrance, would prefer if there was a way to get to the second building through the first main one.

The location is great. The hotel is located in the center of Bangkok right in Siam Square and next to MBK center. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. Also about 5 to 10 minute walk to multiple BTS metro stations. The hotel is nice there is a gym and a pool. The rooms are big and cozy. The rooms were also cleaned and the bed was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and I definitely recommend this hotel for future travelers to Bangkok. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Bangkok.

breakfast very less variety and every day same, if you stay more then 2 night i think you won't to eat their breakfast . we stay in the apartment hotel , the check in and out process must in the lobby hotel need walk to the hotel lobby around 100m.If have frontdesk in the lobby apartment is better

The location is fantastic: one block away from the MBK Shopping Mall, and the Jim Thompson House. The two-bedroom suite really suited our family, and the staff really went out of their way to be helpful. Room service food and cocktails were excellent, and the housekeeping kept it very clean and tidy. My husband loved getting a massage at the spa!

The windows and doors let in a lot of noise, and unfortunately there is a large high rise being built just across the road, so if it’s not banging from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, there’s noise from the private drivers chatting outside their vehicles during the night. Beds were a bit too firm for most of the family, but the eldest child loved them, so that’s a personal taste thing.

Fantastic location. We took the 2 bedroom and ours was roomy and spacious. Nice kitchenette and small dining table. Wasking machi e and dryer was a huge plus. Facilities fantastic and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The aircon in 1 of the rooms was very cold and they could not adjust it. They gave us extra blankets instead. The hotel arranged a driver for us to visit the floating market, and the driver took us to another location and not the market, and we were scammed. I would have thought the hotel would ensure the company used was legitimate.

Given room on level 2. They thought only one guest but we are actual couple staying. I like the fridge is not mini type. There's washer cum dryer but no instructions on how to use. So I didn't use the dryer. Good thing they provided a small dry rack. Good they have tissue paper in bathroom sink & dining area. Would be great if they provide one in bedroom. Trash bins were ample so don't have to walk to the end to throw. Great that they provide new dish sponge as for hygiene reasons. Towels were ample compared to other hotels. Staffs were friendly , helpful & so polite. Location near BTS,MRT station yet away from noisy traffic. Can adjust aircon temp. Shower water pressure is good. We had total 4 pillows which was great.

Kitchen sink smell of drain . Microwave oven not working. Difficult to go to balcony becos of the blinds. Maybe curtains is better.

Location is great, short walk to BTS and Siam Discovery. Some street food pops up in the morning and there are cafes on the way out to the main road. The 3-rooms suite is huge a space with ensuite bathroom, fridge, kitchenette and washing machine for each room. (Yes, everything x 3) Breakfast is pretty good too.

All rooms are quite far apart, so it's good if you really like privacy. We had to text each other or shout if we need to talk. The wifi provided is really weak, thankfully we had our own wifi router.
