The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and polite. The food was good. Breakfast was nice with a good amount of options. The extra radiance room was very radiant. Spacious and romantic. Well located for shopping (Siam Square) and public transport connections.

Whilst the lighting over the bathtub was romantic, we found the many different light switches quite confusing at bedtime. Also, it was difficult to do makeup due to the lighting.

Perfect location. Staff were all friendly. Felt very safe as travelling solo. Close to trains, hop on hop off bus and shops.

The room was great, wifi was great too! Location is superb! Close to MBK, platinum and all the main shopping area. Recommended!

The male staff who took over the night shift had a little attitude when we try to ask some questions. Did not like his body language.

Thanks to the management for an early check in, was very much appreciated. Staff were very helpful and always had a smile. The rooms were big enough and well laid out. Our view was on MBK which was great, full of lights. The hotel is walking distance to all Siams, so great location. The breakfast was blend for the first 2 days but it got much better for the last 4 nights. Maybe a little bit of consistency would be great. But the waiters were great and kudos to them.

The bottle of water offered in the room taste funny. We had bottled water in other hôtels in Thailand and they were fine. So maybe something needs to done there.

The location was perfect for shopping street food and sky train. The staff were so friendly and helpful and polite and welcoming at all times

My room had stains on the headboard of bed, and the beading around the outside of the wooden floor by the window was chipped and broken. Also, the TV was although it was a Sony and around 40inch, it was at least 10 years old and desperately needed modernising for the price of the room I struggled to overlook these issues especially the stained headboard I found that to be very unpleasant room number was 702 for anyone who reads this it's a fair warning last of all the gym needs a rowing machine

1-The staff they do everything to make your stay better 2- its clean 3- they have scale to weight your travel luggage which is very convenient 4- they help you with translation issues with grap app and taxis

They say city view but its obstructed by a building so you are facing a building only which is not nice, i wouldn’t stay for long there but for our short stay its ok, no charging station on the other bed side so not convenient for couple but they didn’t claim that in the picture advertised since its covered. But they gave us a cable and we managed. But the room is away smaller than the picture as its photoshopped

A/C was rather noisy in the room

Location was good and close to things l wanted to do. Room was an average size but the location of the bathroom was a bit strange as it felt like a corridor which went the full length of the room, breakfast was not the best that l have experienced elsewhere but in general was good.

Toilet blocked after the first use which l don't think you can blame the hotel, but l followed the rules of not flushing waste toilet paper. Shower did not work correctly, could not switch from hand held to over head shower outlet. Did not like to the remove of the previous outdoor smoking area - very disappointing.
