everything is perfect about this hotel. location is just perfect as it's just few minutes walks from BTS line, and right across are all the malls. staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. plus point for their green practices, really amazed me on how detailed they were. thumbs up!

the only thing that i could pin point on for my stay with them would be the shower water as there's only less than a minute of hot/warm water for the shower. we practically bath in ice cold water for our entire stay.

The location of the hotel is near to BTS National Stadium, MBK shopping mall and Siam Shopping Malls.

After the room service the floor is sticky.

2 minutes away from BTS National Stadium so you can reach the whole of BKK easily. Airport Link also easy reachable! Big rooms, great bed and a nice swimming pool. Restaurant downstairs is really nice with a lovely staff. 7 Eleven is around the corner. Fruit stall only 1 min away. And also a McDonalds only 3 min away for you that fancy a burger! MBK is right in front of you and all the other shopping malls in that area are easy to reach by foot. A great place to stay when you want to do a lot of shopping. And an Alex Face Mural around the corner!!

I still don't know if they have daily cleaning or not. Day 1 my room was cleaned, day 2 not...so who knows. But they gave me plenty of towels so I didn't mind. Don't forget to close your door really well cause it won't fall in the lock by itself so my door was left open the whole day (with an alarm) and none entered it but none closed it for me as well. The shower seems to have a problem with hot water so don't expect long hot showers.

Location was exceptional, easy for grab drivers to locate as well

After the renovation, it's up to European standards with very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Amenities are all in order and swimming pool is very nice. Reno has always been known for excellent location near MBK and other shopping centers.

During my 3 night stay, housekeeping did not visit my room. Staff is just busy it seems, they don't always say hello or good morning. They're just starting back up after covid I suppose. Owner is friendly as always though.

The location of this recently renovated hotel is convenient to Siam Square, the Skytrain, buses and taxis. Reception staff speak English and are helpful. The rooms are a reasonable size and beds are very comfortable.

Unfortunately things have changed since my previous stay a year ago. Rooms are showing signs of shower mould and marks on walls. The cleaners ‘forgot’ to replace toilet paper (twice in a 4 night stay). Cups were not washed, creamer not replaced, towels forgotten, and room ‘cleaned’ very late in the day. Need someone to check cleaning work.

Great location walking distance to MBK / Siam mall

I saw some reviews that said there is construction in 2019. I thought it ends after 2 years, but nope! renovation still going on, although the staff gives me a room that not facing the renovation, but we can still hear some noise from the construction (but not that loud, it's acceptable for me). Please take note, if you like quiet place.

The interior design is lovely and modern. The hotel also has basic facilities like a gym and pool.

The make up room service is not consistent, some days they replace certain amenities some days they don’t. Seemed a little absent minded. The staff also didn’t really understand English.

Newly renovated, clean and non-smoking room. A pool to soak after a hot strolls around Bangkok, sweet & relaxing smell of air freshener at lobby and english speaking front desk assistance. Location is few steps away from BTS stadium station, MBK, Siam square and Siam Paragon. 1 line train to Sathorn Pier wt free river cruise ride to Icon Siam and Asiatique. Easy access and transport are available at anytime around the hotel area. Family wt child friendly hotel.

No sofa at entrance for guests to seat while waiting for check in/out. The room alley too dark, need brighter light or put some decorative chandelier with warm light. Need to clean up the leaves that drop in the pool often.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The chef needs to improve his skills. The room needs a towel rack and more hangers.
