Location of the hotel was great because it is next to the Chitlom station, and is connected to the Ratchaprasong Skywalk. The skywalk is connected to the CentralWorld mall, and it also linked all the way to Siam Paragon, hence no need to walk at the street level with the heat and the traffic smog. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a higher floor (thank you to the Team). Breakfast spread was not too bad, but it would have been nice to see a rotation in menu (we had breakfast there for 4 days). The staff were attentive. We had a leaky taps in the bathroom, and they were able to fix the issue (by changing all the taps) very quickly.

The location is fantastic. Sheltered all the way to Central world, Big C and Platinum mall etc. all within walking distance. The breakfast spread was good. They serve very good green curry, red curry and noodle soup during breakfast. A wide selection of juices and fresh fruits. Also you can have eggs in various style just need to ask and they will oblige. Chef Eiam is so friendly and is very customer focused. Thumbs up to him and his team of chefs.

Overall a very chic modern hotel built right in the central district close to so many city center attractions and shopping areas including the metro train, bus stops, malls etc. The amenities in the hotel are excellent coupled with a very courteous and kind staff. Breakfast is not to be missed - the best I have had in a while owing to the diverse range of local and international cuisine. Special shoutout to the housekeeping staff for being so efficient and perfect in thier job ensuring a super clean place each time. :) Big thanks to K.Ju at the frontdesk for sorting out all the details so diligently that I felt at home. Very impressed with her kindness and mannerism. Kudos!

Room was good, bathroom was excellent...Breakfast was top notch. Location was great. Staffs were extremely courteous and friendly. The facilities like Gymnasium, Swimming pool was very good. Breakfast buffet was extraordinary...staffs were very friendly and made us special...since we were vegetarians, we were given special food which was not part of the main menu....

Just one thing...for the cost, we felt the room size was small...though we were given the room at 22nd floor (topfloor). The extra cot/mattress provided was small in size...even though i had booked mentioning for 3 adults...i was of the impression that it's a room that will accommodate 3 adults and cot/mattress will be of same size...but to my surprise it was an extra cot/mattress that was provided for the 3rd adult...even though i escalated not much could be done by the staffs...

Foot path to the hotel is completely sheltered. The breakfast options, high tea options and cocktail options are fantastic with free flow alcohol during cocktail hours. There are a number of massage options nearby that are affordable.

the walls of the rooms are too thin and not soundproof. Our neighbours love to lead a night life and laughed at 12 am 1 am in the morning. Being a light sleeper, I couldn't sleep because of their inconsiderate stakeout. I had to call the hotel staff to tell them to shut up.

Great location, at Chit Lom BTS station, in area walking distance to major shopping centres, sea life (aquarium), night markets, etc. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist/backpackers hotspots (Khaosan Road and Silom), only a short taxi trip there if you want the noise and crowd. Hotel was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful at every interaction. The pool was very nice and open until 10pm, good way to cool off after a hot day out, gym is well equipped for a hotel and open for 24 hours.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early in the morning, with two extremely tired 8 year old, and they managed to get us a room in 40 mins, way before the official check in. I also needed a doctor and they were very helpful, one arrived in less than an hour. The room was immaculate, with a lovely bathroom and great views. Breakfast was incredible. Anything you can think of in a huge restaurant, very spacious. The location is very convenient for the big shopping malls and the skytrain, with plenty of taxis available close by.
