I felt welcomed and valued as a guest at this imposing hotel. The staff is extremely well trained, with a very good English and an eye for personal space. Very competent staff, from the maids to the clerks and shift managers. Daily housekeeping and a very good gym! You can keep in shape on treadmills or lift weights, and then jump in the beautiful pool right next to the gym, as they're both on 2nd floor. I did not use the SPA services. Elevators ran smoothly and you can even order food on Grab and get it delivered to the hotel. Great, central location, easy to reach Central Chidlom or centralwOrld and Siam Paragon, just to name a few of their very big malls.

If anything, I consider it appropriate to circulate warm water in the pool, since the sun barely sees it from between the skyscrapers and clouds. But it's just a preference, not a fault of the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel and we were so comfortable the whole time. We travelled with a 2 year old and the rooms were perfect for us. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite on arrival and it was a clean and spacious room with everything we needed. The staff are polite and courtious. Breakfast was good with a menu to order from as well as a buffet section. We found the food to be really good both here and on the room service menu. The hotel was silent and we had zero noise complaints regarding other rooms about our same floor, and we were right next to the elevator. Beds were super comfortable. 3 good sized balconies. Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day. Fluffy bath towels and good quality shampoo etc. It really is a great option. Walking distance to Lumphini Park!

The restaurant serves mainly western food and hardly anything Thai which was really disappointing. We ended up ordering grab food instead because we wanted to eat Thai. I can see what people mean about the pool but when the sun is hitting it its a lovely space to be. There's just not that much atmosphere down there. We didn't mind that though as it was nice and quiet. The location was decent if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the train and then travelling 20-40 minutes to the various sights (depending on what you're there for) but worth a toddler in the heat it felt a bit far out.

The apartment was spacious, clean with all you required and it had beautiful views. I really enjoyed watching the sunset on the balcony, it was stunning. The staff were so lovely too and always happy to help with anything you needed. Also as it was New Years they even provided a cute little gift.

The property was great although if I had to critique it would be that the pool didn’t get much sun at times (it was still very lovely!!!). The hotel is a little bit further from Erawan but it’s a short walk during the day I would like anything always recommend a taxi at night.

The suite Hotel is amazingly located and the staff is exceptional, very warm and very happy to help

Food at the hotel was really good, nice to have after day of travel. Two nice restaurants within 3 minute walk of the hotel. Staff extremely helpful.

No real complaints

We enjoyed our stay staff were amazing always welcoming and nothing was ever a bother. The restaurant was awesome food never disappointed. The location with a BTS at the end of the street made life so much easier, even though most of the shopping attractions were in walking distance.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance even though it had stated when we booked that it was open.

The room is spacious. Location is good..it's only about few minute walk to the BTS station. The breakfast is nice with that you can choose the style of egg you want (from sunny side up egg to egg Benedict.) The buffet breakfast is nice with a good range of choices.

The room may need some replenishment. The slippers and tower look a bit old. The air-conditioning may need some maintenance since it comes some damn earthy smell when set at comfortable room temperature. Corridor is outdoor and no a/c

Tha staff the most. The clean air on the surrounding. The location near train station. The breakfast. The community.

The size of the steps infront of the left. The stairs leading to the summing poll. The edges of bed should be curved to avoid causing harm to guest. The lack of shuttle Tek tuk or small van to take the guest to the next train station. The lack grocery shop near the hotel.

The suites were a great size for us and the hotel was in a convenient location for the sky train. We loved the swimming pool, it was a great size for the hotel location. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall it was great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.
