The behavior of the staff was very friendly and the free tea and Nescafe service in the lobby was excellent.

The lighting inside the toilet was very low. Breakfast was the same every day.

Location is just 3 minutes walking distance from BTS Rachadamri Station. And 5/7 minutes walking distance from Central World Mall. Breakfast variety was very good and there are wide offfer for continental and asian food.

The only thing that can be improved is the lighting system in the bathroom. It was very poor especially in mirror and sink area.

Near centralworld mall. Rooms are big and has washing machine wash and dry 100% 👍🏻. the garden view is stunning. hotel pool is very big and beautiful. stuff are very helpful and kind.

beds and pillows are old. cleaning service is poor. no breakfast options for Muslims.

did not like when they asked us to go down to ground floor for buffet breakfast because M floor was full. the food was stale and not good.

The room was huge for the price I paid. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary. It is located at a quiet area of the busy street.

If you are looking for convenience nearby the hotel, it may not be the location that you want. There are no nearby 24 hr convenience stores, massage parlours, Thai eateries etc. However , it is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest Ratchadamri station and 7-10 mins walk from the hotel to Central world / Erawan shrine. Hope it helps.

Friendly staff and great hotel location - only a few minutes walk to Ratchadamri station. Really appreciate the housekeeping staff for making sure that there is plenty of water in the fridge to keep us hydrated in the hot weather. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Bangkok.

We were grateful for the room upgrade (from the Grand Deluxe room to the Grand Suite) which made our holiday significantly more comfortable. However, we decided against taking baths during our stay as our white bath towels stained brown when we gave the bath a wipe. Would recommend improving the cleanliness of the bath, but otherwise, everything was spotlessly clean.

We got a better room than we have booked, big 90 sq m nice room. Thank you! The location is good. Clean. Additional pillow and blanket were brought almost immediately.

In my opinion breakfast could be better, i.e. quality and variety. Poor sound isolation windows.

My favorite part were the facilities. There were plenty of facilities available for hotel guests to use. The rooms had many items available for use too - the kitchen, the washing machine, a clean electric kettle (I’ve seen so many mouldy ones in other hotels) etc. Snacks and water were provided foc daily too.

We found a mosquito in both the rooms, which probably contributed to my many mosquito bites. Also the pillows - one was too flat and the other was too fat. I had to fold the flat one into half to double the height.

Breakfast was amazing, the rooms are large and well equipped. The facilities were very good. Like the water provided everyday, snacks and reliable internet.

- bathroom shampoo and body soap bottles are way too small for a family staying 4 nights. Consider more eco friendly dispensers like the ones in the gym - the bed pillows were too big. Suggest a mixture of small and large - more towels for families. Two large isn’t enough - a few more TV channels in English would be good. Maybe football too?! - the level M breakfast layout was split and meant walking between western and Asian areas

When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised by being upgrated to a suite. Wonderful! We had good views, quiet room and really enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool is much bigger than most hotels in Bangkok and is very nice. Room is clean and big. The washmachine was especially helpful after our 2 weeks trip in tropical countries. Hotel staff are very polite. It is located in the center of Bangkok so very easy to reach everywhere. 7-11 is just few minutes walk. There is nothing I can say bad about it and if there is, then is that our holiday is over and we have to leave. But I'm sure I will come back to this hotel next time.
