Have a warm and pleasant stay @ S3 Siam hotel. Premises are nice and clean. Convenient location as well with walking distance to MBK and lots of shopping malls are just around the concern. Great for those family with kids. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. At times, they will even went an extra mile to assist us whenever we are in need of their assistance. There was an occasion, when we reach the hotel too late after a day of tour. The dining time have already passed. However, the incharge of that day was still willing to try his best to slot in our last min request. He even offer to personally delivered the food up to our room without much delay. The great service from him has really made our day. :)

No many clients because of that, so it's calme and very peaceful The rooms was very confortable The pool at the top of the building is cool, you can swim easily The breakfast is great, its a buffet you can eat all what you want, 5 min walk from the metro

Lovely, new hotel. Cosy room, netflix/youtube tv, comfortable big bed. The breakfast, with a great view, is very good. I had a wonderful, relaxing 2 days. Thanks.

Kettle and small little cups in the room but no tea/coffee or spoons. Add Tea and coffee, replace the toy little cups with larger mugs....then perfecto!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful specially Sask? He gave us tips on where and how to reach interesting tourist attractions. They even arranged our taxi when we did our whole day sightseeing to the floating market, Mekong market/railway and to the Grand palace. The location of this hotel is perfect (5 stars), very near to many nice places and not expensive compared to the hotels nearby. Breakfast is good. Hotel is quite new so everything is fresh and clean. Bed is comfortable. The rooftop pool has amazing view and it is clean and well managed. I can highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again here when we come back to Bangkok.

Good location, easy access to BTS, nearby shopping malls Siam Center Mall, Siam Paragon Mall & MBK Shopping Mall.

Hotel located at an alley, walking at night a bit worrysome as the lane is not well-lighted. There is no door at the shower area, ended up the whole bathroom got wet after each shower. In house restaurant closes at 4pm, so not possible to have dinner if lazy to go out.

The location was excellent. The pool was amazing in the evening and the room was perfect! The staff was friendly but could not tell us much about possible things to do in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was perfect, staff who provided the breakfast was super friendly!

The communication with the people at the reception. They were very nice, but couldn't really tell us what were nice things to do, where to go shopping, where to go for a good restaurant. That was a big difference with other hotels we had before in Bangkok (and the rest of Thailand).

Very helpful staff, comfortable beds, fully non-smoking hotel, ideally clean. Tasty breakfast. Recommend!

Love the location. It’s tucked away on a small street…away from the noisy main road but within walking distance to MBS and the BTS. You can either walk or it’s only 1 station away from Central World, Paragon, Platinum etc. Because it’s very new, the room is very clean

1. Only 1 key was provided. If one needs to leave the room, the other person is left without electricity when the key is taken away coz you need the key to access your level via elevator. 2. Bathroom needs some improvement: a) There wasn’t a full shower curtain so bathroom gets wet when one takes a shower. b) There wasn’t much table space to put toiletries. c) Should install some hooks behind the door or wall to hang clothes and wet towels
