Where to start 🤔 Location, short tuk tuk from pier & town & very cheap. Resort is on the beach with a beautiful mother of pearl infinity pool which is fabulous, always clean & inviting. It’s on a lovely stretch of beach so there is a good walk down to far end which we did most days, there are bars if you want to stop & have a drink. Rooms are basic but clean, beds are firm but comfortable, good shower, room service daily with clean towels & complementary water, coffee/tea. Restaurant food is delicious never had a bad meal & price is ok, the fruit smoothies are amazing we tried them all 👌 Staff are wonderful, Mook was very helpful & called tour operators for us so we got what we wanted. We toured the Island, Kayaked, visited Mangroves & fed the lovely friendly monkeys that come down to the beach & also live in the mangroves. We were having such a lovely time we extended our stay for an additional 2 nights 😍. Would we go back? Most definitely

What an amazing little find. The resort although small was just perfect, just the right amount of people with an an amazing location on one of the best beaches in ko Lanta, the pool was just perfect, the staff so friendly and obliging. restaurant food was good and there are lots of other choices just either a stroll or tuk tuk away. The beach bungalow although not new was clean and had everything one needed. only slight negative the bed was very firm.. none the less for location and value for money you can’t beat Twin bay resort

Such a lovely little resort! We spent 3 nights in a bungalow, which was simple but perfect. Water either side, great swimming beach on the pool side, yummy breakfast and great staff. Very clever towel/flower art on our bed in the mornings 😀 It was so good we booked another 3 nights in the sea view suite. More expensive but definitely worth it! 10-15 minute walk along the beach to the mini-mart or a 7 minute tuk-tuk to Saladan Pier. Very relaxing, we loved it!

Our only complaint would be the bed, it was so hard! Even for Thailand…!

The staff was so helpful, nice and welcoming. Specially Mook and Yaya at reception. Breakfast and Food at the restaurant was great. They made our stay unforgettable. Thanks so much!

We were requested to pay in cash or be charged a 3% if we'd pay by credit card....The bungalows roofs need a little maintenance...probably due to closure during covid

The complimentary breakfast was great - eggs to order or just the makings for plain toast or waffles. fresh OJ and Pineapple juice. The restaurant is comfortable and wonderfully breezy and shaded. We stayed pretty plain with our food but the menu had a nice variety of fish, meat and sandwiches. The location is on a small spit of land at the northern, busier, end of the island. There are other resorts in this area but we really felt isolated at our pleasant spot. The pool is wonderful. There are no programs there for kids, which is a good thing. Parents who were there with their kids were wanting to spend the vacation with them and not just pawning them off on counselors to go snorkeling. As a result, the families were pleasant with well behaved kids. Kind of fun for these empty nesters to watch while reading poolside. We rented a scooter for a day and drove around the entire island. Hiked in the park at the south end and went over to the Old Town area. Did it all in about 5 hours.

Two complaints: We used the spa but found them to be disorganized and flighty when it got crowded. They weren't really interested in building a schedule but trying to cram people in whenever they walked up, resulting in compromising the experience for those in the middle of their treatment. My wife had her nails done - it was awful. 4 days later when back in Chiang Mai, we had them done again. Go find a spa off the resort. Second, there are signs everywhere that residents shouldn't reserve chairs by hanging their towels over them and then coming back in an hour. Yet, this rule was not enforced and as a result you felt like you had to get up at 700 in the morning to put your towel over a chair. I know they don't want to be hard asses but somehow the rule should be gently enforced.

Gorgeous location with the most beautiful view of the bay and Lanta hills! Lovely authentic architecture, nice pool and beach chairs. Good breakfast buffet, excellent coffee, Thai food should be more vegetarian (chicken in most of the dishes, really unnecessary for breakfast!!). Nice view from breakfast room to both bays. Very friendly and competent staff at the reception.

There are too many families with little children whereas the style and size of the hotel would be perfect for an adults only resort. Our bungalow was extremely basic and shabby on the inside, (dirty walls, peeling paint on furniture) truly unacceptable. After complaining (we stayed 14 nights...) they painted the room and furniture so it looked much better. Hard mattress, was okay with added topper.

First of all the staff was amazing. The restaurant, bar, pool and our little bungalow were great. We met lovely people there which added to our trip. There were children there, but it was kind of fun watching them. It was really nice that they put on special events.

Personally, I did not like the beach. Of course it was not the fault of the resort. It was a great beach for walking but not for swimming compared to the other gorgeous beaches on Koh Lanta. The bed was beyond hard, and we’re OK with hard. You have to ask for a topper to be able to sleep. The breakfast was the same every day.

Tucked away at the top end of Ko Lanta, the resort is peaceful and quiet. A short walk along the beach or road takes you to restaurants and other resorts. The pool was perfect, one well sized and a smaller toddler pool, and there is a nice bar with good coffee. There could be more beds around the pool as it gets crowded due to the number of families staying but generally wasn’t an issue. We stayed in two rooms while there, the first was old, had a cockroach problem and really dark to walk to in the evening, our second room we stayed in was lovely, modern and clean. The reception team were great about moving us, breakfast team and restaurant team were really friendly and engaging with our 2 year old.

The first room we stayed in was old and in need of an update, it also had a cockroach problem which didn’t help. However the reception team moved us after 1 night of staying in it. Next room was great. Breakfast was nice, could do with more variety and an additional coffee machine.

First things first we staid in the deluxe room - beach front. Staff was great (they won't help you get super deals for day trips though so you better get the flyers and contact them on whatsap and ask for a good discount). Excellent breakfast (yes some complain but what would you expect on an island? you have eggs cooked in 100 ways, waffles, bread, bacon sausages ham yoggurt and fresh fruits etc etc). The pool always clean and with a great view, the whole area pretty clean. Restaurant is ok for when you are lazy but you have alternatives around anyhow. There s a nice beach bar and the overall areas are clean and cozy. Room - tough bed mattress but not horrible. AC is a big plus and a must there. Bathroom is decent and always clean. Not a top notch resort but then again this ain't no 5 star so it is great for what it says it is.

A bit too expensive for its range - otherwise all great.

We loved this place! The resort is in a very nice position, the beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and the swimming pool is great (open 9 am to 10 pm). The staff is great, very helpful and kind, the room is beautiful (we have a bungalow on the beach)big, comfy and clean, and all the resort is well kept and clean. The place is very quite, and we really relax. I follow a gluten-free diet and Nick really took care on my situation and talked to the restaurant to make me delicious gluten-free recipes. Great!! The bar at the swimming pool makes good cocktails and also the restaurant, open all day, has a good choice. Breakfast is fine, no many different choices but everything tasty! Also the massages you can have on the beach are great, the ladies are lovely and very professional and you pay the right price! We’ll love to come back one day!
