We were just on a single over-night stop after being on neighboring islands and departing following day. We wanted somewhere good value with easy access to Bo Phut for one final swim and an evening out, but quick and easy to get to the airport (15 - 20 mins). We really liked the internal architecture in the room, the shower wet room was great too. Overall, a really pleasant room and with a generously sized air-con unit and the fan going, could be chilled down to a comfortable -10c! The staff were lovely and everything was super-clean.

We were not really there long enough to not like anything. However, unless we had taken a wrong turn, the walk to the beach and Fisherman's village is a bit longer than advertised - but still not a big deal. Avocado is quite close to the main road, which is pretty busy and noisy throughout the day and long into the evening, so this is not your classic beach front bungalow type place.

The accommodation was lovely, the bungalow was very spacious and comfortable and very clean the room was cleaned every couple of days and if you needed anything done you only had to ask. The owners were very polite and helpful and always joined in with conversation. There is always bottled water available. The accommodation is only 10 minute walk to fisherman's village. There is pizza restaurant one side and a local authentic family restaurant the other (if you are a vegetarian just mention it and they will adjust), also in front there is a scooter rental and tours. The beach is very near about a 5 mins walk. I extended my stay twice and I hope to be back.

A hidden jewel in Bophut 💛 I loved staying with them. It's a small bungalow resort with a lovely pool/garden area. Beautiful designed inside. You get good tips (for breakfast, massage etc.). Very good customer service. Very professionell. You can rent a scooter too. I could book also taxi transfer to my next destination with them. It's very close to Fishermen's village, which is great for food, shopping at day & night. Highly recommended!

I loved how JP welcomed me. You feel comfortable & save from the first minute. The atmosphere is great, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very beautiful, the cat soo sweet.. I could write 10 more things :) Thank you so much!

The location is okay, the small way to the beach next to acocado is not very nice. And just a small thing for the room: I would have liked to have had a big mirror in the room & that I could use the hairdryer closer to the bathroom.

Super cosy and relaxing little place on Samui. Great and spacious room with everything you need. The atmosphere is really relaxing with the small, very nice pool in the middle. It's one of the cleanest spots we had so far while travelling 5 weeks in Thailand. The owners are super nice and helpful! Next to the Avocado there is this family-run little restaurant "Omsin" which you must try! It's one of the best in Thailand! Highly recommended!

As usual in Thailand the bed is really hard. But we got used to it and slept well, so it's just an information :)

What a great little place. The rooms/villas are a good size and the bathrooms are nice and a little quirky. Nice pool and cleaned daily. Rooms cleaned everyday and two bottles of free water. The fridge is stocked well and a Chang is cheaper than a local bar. 15 mins walk at the most to fisherman’s wharf. The owner is pretty cool and the staff are polite.

The owner Noï was really nice. She also organized a taxi to the pier. The pool and the hotel complex is nice. Nice staff also. A lot restaurants, mini markets and massage possibilities close by. Fisherman’s village just a few minutes away.

The hotel is located close to the main street that’s why it's not necessarily quiet.

The bungalow is perfect, with everything you need, clean, spacious, comfy bed, good shower, kettle, fridge, nice outdoor space. The host is super kind and helpful. There is a very friendly and nice atmosphere here, I would stay again if I return to the area. It's also really convenient location for the beach and Fishermen's Village. I really enjoyed my stay.

Avocado is a very cozy bungalow type hotel situated in the heart of Bo Phut. There is good infrastructure around with tourist centers, money exchange service, 7/11 store and a huge variety of restaurants. You can rent a bike and enjoy your time around. The host is a very positive and welcoming person and will go an extra mile to help you.

You might not have enough privacy in the rooms, so you might ask a bungalow with darkened windows.

Quiet and chilled property. Enthusiastic owner willing to help at any point. Good vibes all round. Lovely pool :)

It was a slight bit out of the way but we preferred this. Nothing to say otherwise. Always dislike when people put location as a negative because you can see its location before you book it.
