The were a few swimming pools around in the hotel. Kids enjoyed the kids pool as well. We encountered a very friendly staff, Mr Anuwat, during our stay. He always carry a big wide smile and went beyond to keep my kids entertained. He would draw pictures for the kids. He also would make conversations with us and he is one of the main reason that we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel is walking distance to Patong Beach, food and massage (Let's Relax).

Upon arrival, the checked-in counter staff were pressing us to upgrade our rooms at additional charges. This went on for quite a long time. The staff brought us up to our room, and I realised that there was no bath tub. The staff said that they only have bath tub in level 2 and all are under renovation. =(

Fantastic location, right by the beach and within central Patong. Rooms were well soundproofed, very clean and well kept and the pool area was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we booked, we didn't realise that there was a separate Busakorn suite- and therefore swimming pool which we were not allowed to use (which is shown in most of booking.com pictures). The other pool was more than adequate but was disappointing as not what we had expected (our fault for not reading the small print).

We stayed at the Busakorn Wing in a premium pool view balcony room, highly recommend this part of the hotel. The Busakorn pool is much much nicer than the hotel main pool, worth paying the extra to be in this wing. Breakfast was very good, catering for asian as well as regular western taste, from congee/ dimsum to egg station to rice/ noodles/ curries etc. Room was nice size, although due to the heat, we did not make use of the balcony. The daily complimentary water refills is very appreciated, and also good shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom. Pool food/ snacks are reasonably priced, although choices rather limited (no classic fish cakes/ tod mun pla for example) Location is great for the beach and lots of restaurants/ bars just outside the hotel. Despite being in the centre of shops/ bars/ restaurants/ roads, we were not troubled at all by noise. Although the beach at this end is rather busy, the nicer stretch of beach is a little further from the hotel.

Bath towels should be much better quality for the rate of this hotel, current towels are worn down and hard to the skin. Busakorn Wing pool could do with some pool-side stations where guest can ring a bell for pool teams to take food and drink orders, often there are no staff in sight by the smaller pool area. All staff were very friendly and engaging, especially the ladies who took care of our daily room refreshes. We did not use the restaurants in the hotel for evening meals, Charm Thai had a rather limited menu, so we dined out every night. Although it was nice to have drinks to end the evening at Terrazo.

We really enjoyed our stay which is why we extended twice and stayed until after the New Year. There are cheaper resorts to stay at in Phuket but, as with most situations in life, you get what you pay for. On balance, I think we got good value for our money. The grounds and pools are very well maintained and we found the staff excellent in every respect. Noticeable was that there was a manager present regularly at the restaurants checking that things were going smoothly, The range of food available at breakfast - both Asian and Western - was excellent, as was the quality of the food. We particularly liked the room which was modern in style, very spacious (apart from the toilet!) had ample storage space for cases, etc. and was in very good condition, reflecting the fact that the building is only two or three years old. There are three restaurants on site and we felt the Terrazzo (Italian) was particularly good with its subtle live music and reasonably priced dishes for a top resort. There are a wide range of restaurants and fast-food outlets within walking distance, as is the very lively Bangla Road for those who enjoy a drink or two and live entertainment in the evening,

It was not a problem for us, at all, but I think it might be helpful to some travellers to point out that it is not a 'beachfront' resort as I understand the term to mean. To get to the beach involves walking about 300 m and crossing a busy road which might be something to consider.

Property was excellent, the food and the onsite restaurants, we stayed here for over one month we stayed in both wings the old wing and the busakorn wing, staff are very nice&friendly and the resort is in an excellent location, only thing I’d say is that the kids pool could certainly do with a makeover/upgrade its dangerous as there is tiles in the pool at the exit which are glazed and extremely slippy for the children, also a make over is to be done there could be some more slides added especially that it’s a kiddie friendly hotel, thavorn hotel karon is a good example we also stayed here for 2 weeks but the location wasn’t as good as holiday in, anyhow other than that everything else was really good and we’d certainly go back no doubt

We LOVED everything in this hotel. First we chose to stay in Patong, the hotspot of Phuket… just to see if it is what people tell us. Also We expected an average 4 star resort, with a lot of guests… noisy children etc. It turned out to be a really big hotel with children and lits of guests. However, the hotel has 3 types of accommodations, those for families and those for families with small children and those for adults only (we chose this one) The room was spacious and really clean. The bedding was excellent. We had a small swimming pool just for the adults only section. There is a big swimming pool for guests in general and one for dmall children on the other side of the hotel. The location of the hotel is right in the center of busy Patong. The beach is across the street. There is a good restaurant and an excellent steak house in the hotel. The staff was so cool and kind. I never rated 10 for any hotel ( even a real luxury 5 star) but this 4 star hotel deserves a real 10 notes. I do recommend

I've stayed at various hotels in Patong over the years, this one is BY FAR the best all around. Perfect location, friendly and professional staff, very confortable and well appointed rooms, fantastic pool. I recommend staying in the villas with the private pool access, as it is quiet, relaxing and never crowded (although the main pool in the busakorn wing is great as well - love the swim up bar). It's location is perfect, directly accross the street from the beach, with shops and resturants right outside in every direction. It's a short walk to Bangla if that interests you, but far enough away that you're away from the craziness. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff is top notch, very helpful and accomidating. I've stayed here several times and it's my to-go hotel in Phuket.

This is the best resort for families. They have everything covered and the kids club is fantastic. Breakfast provides a wide variety of western and international food. I highly recommend this resort for families that want to be close to all the action in Patong Beach (the beach is literally across the road) whilst still staying in a resort that makes you feel very relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle (you can walk to Bangla Road, Jungceylon, Central etc if you want to).

Can't fault this place. My kids would like more hash browns at breakfast but otherwise it's a great place.

The hotel is spectacular. It is near everything in Patong beach like the restaurants, jungceylon mall, 7-Eleven, and the beach. The pool is big enough and nice, with a very good pool for kids. The kids club was also nice and my kids have fun there. Furthermore, the room was very clean and comfortable. I like the breakfast which has everything you need like egg corner, pastries, fruits, Cereal, ... etc.

The hotel tried to force us to book another room just because we have an infant and refuse to provide a crib instead, then when we contact Booking.com customer service the problem has been solved.
