Price, location, owner, staff, facilities . Room was clean, bed was comfortable, linen and towels provided were clean. Room was of decent size. There was a small refrigerator in the room. There was a TV, but I did not use it. The AC was working with no issues. One can catch a baht bus from just outside the property. It costs 10 baht in any direction. Property is close to LK Metro, about 10 minutes walk or less. Walking street will be 20 minutes walk, but one can take a baht bus. Check in was smoothest. I met the owner when I was checking out. A very amicable person. Although the place is close to action street, inside the room it was peaceful, no noise at all. Lot of places nearby to eat. They have their own cafe. Food there is very reasonably priced. As I have special dietary requirements , I did not use this facility though. A 7-eleven is about 2 minutes away. There are several coin operated laundries around, if you are staying for several days. Also there are several massage shops around (and they are cheaper than most shops in other busy areas). I hope they will keep price and service standards same next time I visit :)

Excellent location. I did not stay in the Secrets building but their overspill facilities at Bar Zappa 4 doors down from the Secrets hotel. Staff very helpful.

Misunderstanding about room cleaning - some days the room was missed but that is probably because I am a late riser. It would be an advantage if clean towels could be left in a basket outside the room if the guest is sleeping.

The location was perfect My room was in the Zappa bar just a stones throw from Secrets Had a room facing the back which was very quiet at night so got good nights sleep

The only thing that could be improved on was shower pressure and it didn’t get to hot but it was ok

Close to shops, bars, restaurants. Big room with balcony. Hotelstaff gives you complete freedom and privacy.

To the 5th floor is quite a climb (request for lower floor if you need). Lightdetection falls out too early, so sometimes you are at the stairs in complete darkness. These are minor things, it will be my first choice if i stay in Pattaya again!

Very private location. They don't bother you at all. 7-11 few steps away. Many restaurants and bars too. Room is nice and big. Has balcony.

Unfortunately wifi is not working at 5th floor.

this place has everything you really need for a stop in Pattaya. excellent location, nice big room, lots of street food around 7/11 just across the road

nothing really apart from my wardrobe had no doors but who cares, also had no kettle but had cups, but if i wanted one i would have asked.

Friendly staff, the room was cleaned when requested and the cleaning staff do a very nice job. Tom, the owner, was very nice and answered to any small issues quickly.

The WiFi was very hit and miss. Not a deal breaker but a little frustrating.

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions e.g. the harbour, Walking Street, diving shop and loads of inexpensive places to have a beer and food.
