Food, staff, room good, shower head not working as good as it should,, cleaner lady excellent, taxis service excellent, food exceptionally good, and plenty of it.

Roads in and out of hotel disgraceful, and to walk to beach or walking street had to go the long way round because roads were dirt and potholes everywhere, so had to take taxis everytime or walk in mud or the long way adding 15 mins to the journey.

This hotell was great! The staff so friendly and helpfull. I lived on the third floor and the elevator was good too. The room itself had a good size, pretty good bed, a bit hard but after two days I forgot about that. A balcony, but as there were roadwork outside and dusty, I didn't use it much. Toilet and shower worked good, perfect pressure in the shower. A little LCD in the room. Good stable Wi-Fi. Free water dispenser in the hallway. Good and cold fridge. The cleaning crew at the hotell were really nice and professional. All the staff at the hotell always smiled and were very kind. The pool area were excellent. Perfect size, very clean and very good sunbeds. Free towels in the reseption. I am very pleassed with my 14 days stay. And at a very good price. Location is also pretty good. The hotell is quest friendly (1 free quest) and check the quest's ID for your safety.

For that price and qomfort, nothing really!

The hotel rooms were good. Enough space. The staff was outstanding. Especially - Jackie, she was damn professional and helpful. Cleaning staff was great. They do thier work very effective. Parking space is nice.

Balcony was small. No bathtub. Swimming pool was small and less life-tubes. Connectivity to the main road is little far. No centralised AC. So everytime we have to come to room, have to wait for 15 min to get the room chilled with Split ACs.

Large room, furnished in modern style. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful choice of different types of food. Staff were helpful in making travel bookings. I liked the hotel policy of limiting use of plastic for drinking water. Quiet location but only 10 mins walk to the main streets and beach.

No hot water for bathroom wash basin (only available in the shower). . Light switch was awkwardly situated behind the bathroom door. Electric kettle was provided, but no tea, coffee, sugar or milk. I was told to buy these separately in a local shop!

We have stayed twice here at kokotel.The staff were absolutely delightful. There was a female staff member working during our stay and she had cute little round glasses. She was absolutely delightful and very funny. She made our stay very enjoyable and the rooms here are very very spacious and offer a convenient and close location to the beach, night markets and everything else that pattaya has on offer. Location was good,staff friendly. The breakfast was alright. Bed comfortable. The pool was nice.a little small but not busy so it was ok.

Parking was tight,room for maybe 20 cars.in mornings can be blocked in.aircon didn't like to come on had to fix that,after my wife fixed it we just left it on 24 hours a day. T.v was not good very fuzzy not clear ,unless you watch utube. Wifi was terrible we were on the 4th floor and it was bad always disconnecting.

nice big room, clean, good comfortable beds, can get water from a water disposal for free. The pool is available. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but the possibility to ask for an omelet or other types of eggs was nice.

the location is not very good, repairs and construction all around, dark in the evening, but not very far from walking street and the beach. Also the pool is quite small and was crowded. At night you can hear doors clacking at the corridor all the time.

-breakfast was really good and it was more than enough for a big amount of people - room was spacious and the bed was comfortable - the location is perfect (close to street food and the beach)

- wifi didn’t work at rooms only sometimes close to the door but you have to do with it at least to try (you are able to work in the canteen) - bathroom was really old and we had our floor flooded everyday - the cleaning was always late but we asked to clean it earlier

So quiet at night. Just far enough away from the noise but just a few minutes from the beach etc. Nice central location. Rooms nice size and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool area nice. Breakfast choice was good. Would we stay here again.... definitely. Good value. Thank you Jah & Fame we had a great stay.

Nothing Major road works happening close by but did not cause any issues.

The room was very good value for the the price I paid. The room was very large and spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures here. There was a large king size bed that was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was very clean and in good condition.

The only thing I didn't like was that it took a long time for the room to be made up. After going out for the day and returning to the room to relax for a while I was disappointed to have to wait for the room to be made up .
