Proximity to the place I needed to be at (Marriott), Completeness of room (big bed, big sofa, work desk, kitchen with plates, utensils, microwave), and a cool A/C. Very comfy setup! And the shower was quite strong with lots of water and a fast heater.

I didn't like how there wasn't any shaded walkway going to my room (4103) and that any GrabFood I ordered had to be picked up at the guardhouse instead of being brought to my room by hotel staff, which led to me walking 10 minutes in the heat under the hot sun. I also didn't like how the hotel staff failed to inform me that the airport-to-hotel transfer was an extra charge (800 baht). I thought it was part of the booking fee, while the hotel-to-airport transfer was an additional service.

Lovely big room and clean shower room! The whole complex was really nice and there were lots of pools. The staff were really nice and helpful - helped us get to Phi Phi island easily. Especially loved the sunset bar staff! Make sure to follow the beach signs to find a nice secluded beach! Breakfast was great and all covered.

The location wasn’t great of you want to keep going into Patong. They do offer a shuttle which you have to pay for and comes back an hour later which isn’t enough time really.

Quiet… good for those who want to escape big families (good for families too tho) .. great location .. only a cheap taxi ride to the hustle n bustle of patong beach .. then back to relax … staff were excellent .. especially ‘kitchen table’ and and the waitress ‘Nong’ who deserves a raise! Excellent place to stay

Can’t fault anything!

Modern bright resort about 15 minutes by car/ transport from Patong bay so in a quieter area but with shuttle bus access. Staff were very helpful and professionally friendly. The resort boasts 2 highly rated (on Tripadvisor) restaurants. Rooms well appointed and in great repair. Good breakfast options at additional cost.

it is a bit far away from the Patong beach but there is a free shuttle from the hotel 3 times per day. No shopping opportunities in the area, the minimarket next to the hotel is closed.

The property is enough big - one bedroom and living room. For the price is great value. There are 2 balconies in the room - both are equipped with table and chairs Next to the property is wonderful Merlin beach and few restaurants (I liked Sunshine view restaurant especially) The breakfast is also very good. 250 tbh to the Patong beach by taxi

Room 1101 - the aircond in bedroom is non functional at all. But main a/c is enough to keep apartment well cooled. but it is very inconvenient

The bed was HARD! Whilst the staff was great and ready to be of service, bad furniture is not something you can ask for help right? In two nights, my back hurt. The restaurant food and drinks were overpriced, it was cheaper to eat and drink at the 5 star Marriot next door. The location is out of the way from anything and everything, you need a taxi or use their shuttle when available to get anywhere.

It's a beautiful hotel. If you come to Phuket to rest and you want to spend alot of time in the hotel.

I wanted the rooms on the lower level with pool access but that rooms was not available due to maintenance work on the pool. That was a bit disappointing.
