Location is excellent, walking distance to beaches & restaurants but off the main road so quiet. Room was super, bright, clean, large balcony. WiFi was excellent. Staff very friendly & professional

Sadly we had an issue with hot water. They tried daily to fix it to no avail so after eight days they offered us another room & free breakfast for our remaining time…..,a lovely gesture. Unfortunately, the showers weren’t much better in the second room either, water pressure & temperature constantly changing.

the location is great and the staff is wonderful 

I had a penthouse with three balconies, and two of the balcony doors were unable to be secured. Although maintenance did come up and fix one. The beds are horrible!! The mattresses are just short of concrete. And I had three beds to choose from and I slept in all three beds and they are very hard. They must have taken the showroom beds from the store because they aren’t real mattresses. Otherwise everything was great. 

Bright clean modern good condition breakfast terrific . Extremely well located for all needs . A pleasant outlook . Wonderful room servicing . Very happy with local and knowledgeable staff .

It would be nice to stand on the roof .

I really liked how clean was the room. super friendly people, very helpful and kind. location is amazing, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Muai Thai gym and many different restaurants. definitely will come back exactly to this place when visiting next time

one little thing that I would suggest is to put a curtain around the bathtub, the water was licking on the floor when showering. and the lights were a little too dark for me

we liked everything! clean, close to the sea, market 24/7, fruit market, everything was so close and good. very clean rooms, big balcony, good bar with good price and veeery polite staff that reacted to all requests asap :) even organising transfer at night for the morning wasn’t a problem. restaurant is also amazing , we liked our lunches there. swimming pool is medium size but very clean with fresh cooling water.

Loved our stay at Surin place! Good value for money being very close to the beach (only a 2 min walk), which is the real attraction here, Surin beach is so beautiful. The bed was comfy and the aircon worked very well.

Some of the hotel looks a bit older and the breakfast was pretty average but other than that a lovely place to stay.

Massive rooms, super clean and very well maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great location: 5min walking to the beach, supermkt at the corner, plenty of restaurants around. Everything was perfect. Special tks to the housekeeper ladies, they’re doing a great job!

There were problems with the plumbing, but the staff compensated for them by quickly eliminating them. The hotel is shabby, but the staff are great. Excellent location, close to the sea.

The price is a bit high.

ok-there’s no view of the ocean, but that’s not a big deal—you go to the beach and rent a chair for 300B and it’s great! if you rent a scooter, you can go easily back and forth—there are no hotels that are “on the beach” in Surin; you have to walk 200m wherever you stay, so do you really want to pay >$100?

Location at 5 min from Surin beach. Cleaning and towels everyday. Small swimming pool ideal after the beach. Strong wifi and AC. Minibar with beer. Balcony. Ok breakfast. Black out curtains

Small sofa, just enough to sit, not to lay down. Shared WiFi with all the people, which is a privacy concern. Lighting could be better.
