Amazing staff, great location for beach. Huge fridge for drinking water. Massive balcony and very spacious room. If you’re staying at Surin beach this is the place to stay. We moved into a more “luxurious” & expensive hotel down the road (pre booked), wish we had just booked this for the entire trip. If you’re planning to eat out, go to beach & use the hotel room as a base this is the place. If you’re looking to spend huge amounts of time at a resort with everything on site, look somewhere else. great location as massage parlour, mini mart, laundry service, beauty salon & restaurants 1 min walk away. Thank you to the staff for their amazing work & hospitality, little gem this place!

Location is excellent, large room, cold AC, good wifi, great value. Great staff, pools were nice too.

The room is very basic, one bed and one chair, if you wanted to sit on the balcony, the concrete built in bench is okay but no cushions, chairs or table to eat or place food. There metal bed frame is cute but if you watch TV from the bed you feel like you are in a bird cage because the bed frame is in the way. The bathroom glass door would hit the floor when swung in to bedroom, I feared it breaking if forced.

Very tasty breakfast. Clean room with big bed. Comfy AC. Close to the beach. Beach towels provided. Good internet speed.

The door of the bathroom is glass and not completely frosted, so not the most private.

A large room with a big balcony, rather clean, great stylish bathroom Breakfast is very tasty: not a great variety, but all is fresh, fruits, eggs, pancakes, etc. Rather good coffee. Swimming pool was always empty, used it once Beach towels are available at the reception. Location is just opposite the beach, 5 minutes max. Recommend!

It was a nice little hotel. Great service. We stayed there 11 nights. We had our plane out late evening and we were allowed to stay on our last day until 18.00 for free. Room was very spacious, large terrace. Breakfast was OK. Some varieties. Was good to have a possibility for breakfast, as previously we stayed in a hotel that had none. Close to the beach (Surin). Nice beach, plenty of restaurants, not much shopping. Busier than Nai Yang beach and quieter than Kamala. Overall lovely area if you look for quiet stay. Close to other popular beaches, we moved around with Bolt. Works fine.

Room needs maybe a little fresh up. But, really there was nothing major to complain about

The hotel is very close to the beach, provides beach towels which you can change every day infinitely. Room is spacious, daily cleaning is almost perfect. Breakfasts are nice, main course is changed daily. A bottle of water for a person is provided daily. The room has a kettle, mugs, coffee and tea.

The room is big, but very strange planned: you need go around a table and a chair to get to the balcony, the door to the bathroom is not locking and transparent, there is not enough light in the room. Didn't like to be told that we "can't have a breakfast twice". When we came to have a coffee after the beach.

Way better than you would expect for the price. Nice, clean rooms with a pool that you can use for down days. They also provide a decent breakfast to get you started in the morning. Great as a home base if your planning to go out most days. Beach is just over the road and lots of places to eat in walking distance.

The staff were great but the services are minimal so don't expect a bar or restaurant on site. Would have been nice for drinks by the pool.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools that were not very busy. It's pretty quiet and a short walk from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was spacious and looked like in the pictures so there were no surprises. Breakfast was fine, standard Thai hotel breakfast.

We had few issues with water in the shower and dripping toilet when we arrived, but luckily they got resolved quickly.

Nice clean rooms, boutique style hotel with small pool area but relaxing. A lot of tree and flower. Close to the beach only 3 minutes walk over the road to Surin Beach

i liked the location to the beach and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, value for money and the hotel presented like it did in photos. there was a great massage place called Yaya just next to hotel I went to three times! there is a minimart across the road. Location great! Breakfast had good selection and very yummy chicken noodle soup.

The pillows were so uncomfortable!! i woke up with very sore neck... that was the only negative thing i can really say..
