Liked the hotel very much. Stay at the hotel for more than three weeks. We stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the sea of ​​Surin Beach and a large balcony. There is everything you need in the room for a stay on vacation: a safe, a hairdryer, care products and toiletries, a kettle. Daily replenishment of bottled water, tea and coffee is also always in the room, which is included in the price. Daily change of towels, comfortable king size bed and crisp white linens. Beach towels can be borrowed from reception. Varied breakfasts. The hotel has an excellent restaurant of Thai and European cuisine, there is a children's menu. Surin Beach is 100 meters from the hotel. One of the best beaches in Phuket. We were satisfied with our stay in the department. Separately, I want to note the hotel staff for their responsiveness, care, all kinds of help and organization of your stay on vacation. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, you feel at home.

Stayed 6 nights,very friendly staff, breakfast choice was the best I've come across in Thailand, evening meals were excellent,a different meal every night,few minutes walk from a great beach,room 301 was huge with big balcony,not a crowded part of phuket but easy enough to get transport to the rest of the island.

Not a modern hotel but it's homely, couldn't for the life of me get the TV to do as it's told but that's because I'm old and technology isn't my thing. The bathroom door could do with a lick of paint and the mattress could have been a bit softer.

The oropety was well located just a few minutes from the beach and other amenities. Staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. Room was large with nice bedding and towels and breakfast was delicious with a great choice.

The room was large and airy with a big window but not much view of the sky because of the wall next door. Also air con was noisy but overall it was excellent accommodation. The beach was lovely but no beach life after about 8.30 as bars and restaurants shut. Found the little town a bit small and provincial although I enjoyed it better than I originally thought I would.

Attentive, friendly staff. We stayed 6 nights & saw the super team each morning: Suzie, Poh & Surin (misspells are my fault). The hotel was a short stroll from Surin Beach. In early October, ocean was a bit rough but it was relaxing to lay on the deck chair (THB100/chair). The kindly caretaker (of deck chairs) kept an eye on our things while we had a dip in the sea. We had lunch & a rest at the hotel during the hottest part of day, then return to chairs to watch the sunset. Bliss! Foodstalls set up along the beach were a convenient way to stay hydrated & fed. I would recommend the grilled mackerel… finger licking delicious!

The hotel has a restaurant which seemed very popular and we had one of the best Massaman curries there during our whole travels through Thailand. The breakfast is a la carte from their menu - perfectly cooked to order and better than any buffet breakfast usually offered. The staff were all exceptional.

Whilst the location is great for the beach in the day, with a vast selection of food stores along the length of the beach, in the evening it was a bit too quiet for us with bars and restaurants quite a walk away towards Bangtao.

Super small hotel with Restaurant in a Top area right across from the beach. Top service and food. A great choice for Breakfast, freshly cooked. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Large room. The rooms with seaview are larger but are also facing the street. Made us feel very welcome. Thank you

Our room was at the back of the hotel which was good because the hotel is on the road, so no noise but we didn't have any view. Just the next house.

could be reached by airport bus which is super cheap and fast, but if you are travelling with more than 3 ppl then taxi/grab would still be a better choice. however is better to take taxi/grab otw back to airport as the bus is not on time and the traffic in phuket is ughhh. A big thumbs up to the staffs, they are super accommodating and welcoming. All their staffs look super happy and I have to admit their smiles are very contagious. Their foods were okay, average price. btw, in my opinion surin beach has the best sunset view among all the beaches. It is a family beach and not overcrowded like the popular beaches.

wifi was unstable on our first day but after that all good

Great location 150 meters straight walk to the beach the rooms are freshly renovated and the sea view room at the front is huge and has a view of the beach through the trees. The location is exactly in the middle of the beach the food was a great the staff were so friendly and helpful I will be staying here again next year definitely.

Good breakfast included with the room and a good restaurant, the location was good, a 5 minute walk to one of the better beaches in the area.

The old female black dog that sleeps at night on the 4th floor landing in front of guest's door. It will try to bite you if you try to give her your hand to smell. The other 2 dogs in the hotel and restaurant are okay.

Close to beach; staff lovely; good breakfast

A few maintenance issues, eg power points near bed were unusable. (Which meant I was unable to use my CPAP machine.) Also, the bathroom sink plug needed replacing. Apart from these issues, we had a good stay. Would stay again.
