This is a truly beautiful property The rooms add great Common areas awesome An amazing very long infinity pool with view over the ocean Great staff and service Very nice breakfast The gym is very good by hotel standards We did not use the spa but it looked nice The resort is great if you are looking for a quiet vacation There is a small fishing town 10 mins away with lots of charm and restaurants and massage It is some distance to Phuket Town Patong and other places If you want to party, this is not the place to come

Liked everything Saw some reviews that were very unreasonable and unfair This is a 5 star resort You cannot compare it to 6 stars like Four Seasons that are 4 times the price This is tremendous in quality and value

Lovely resort - very relaxing atmosphere. Huge pool and we loved the small beach. Spa facilities were great, as were the yoga/pilates classes and gym. Very friendly staff too. We would definitely go again.

Building works that were not advertised at the time of booking. This is the second trip I’ve booked through booking.com where there weee building works at the hotel. This really needs to be advised at the time of booking because it spoils the enjoyment of the holiday. Also, I was trying to escape from building works at home. I would expect advance warning and/or some kind of discount or voucher. I wouldn’t advise coming to this hotel with young children as there’s little for them to do. It’s more of an adult hotel. Room was spacious and clean but a little outdated. Jellyfish were unfortunate but they were everywhere in Phuket. Not a hotel issue.

I normally never leave reviews but this was genuinely an amazing stay. We came here at the end of our Phuket trip for two nights and both wish we could have stayed here longer. It’s most definitely a more chilled vibe and I would say for couples however we had the Panwa suite and it did not disappoint. It was modern, clean and a lovely view. The hotel pool is really nice and the bar staff at the pool bar were excellent. Definitely on the pricier side but I feel like you get what you pay for. We ventured out five minutes away and got a lovely massage and went to the little strip which had restaurants and food plus clothes market. The beach by the hotel had a few jellyfish as the tide was low but it was still very pretty. Would definitely stay again

Honestly nothing, breakfast was good however maybe a few more options for salad would be good but even that is nit picking! They already have more than enough!

It was a fantastic experience! I traveled with my parents, and we stayed in a suite for the three of us. Despite arriving late during check-in, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in our package was excellent, both the food and the view while eating.

The only small complaint I have is that I felt the room was not well-prepared when we checked in, which is disappointing for a five-star resort. The hairdryer didn't work, the security box didn't work, and we were only provided with 2 sets of robes/towels/slippers while we had already paid extra fees for 3 persons during the stay before checking in.

The pool is really nice. The sunset was incredible. The room was amazing, with comfy beds, an amazing view and was also very spacious. The staff are really nice and will get everything done pretty quickly. The breakfast was really good.

The location was really really far from the tourist areas, like it took almost an hour to get to Patong. The pizza we had in the Siri restaurant wasn't really nice, the cheese felt a bit off.] The eggs and coffee at breakfast weren't really tasty.

I loved everything and very kind staff and 7/11 super market is very near and by walk you can go to walk in the Corniche and nice coffeeshops near u and aquarium by walk .. u can also book activities from their website to discover phuket town and book from within too to go to phi phi island and James bond , exceptional service ! and nice breakfast with incredible view! 3 restaurants and u can request halal option ! incredible spa and nice activities do there. at last day our plane was early so we couldn’t go to breakfast so they provided us with breakfast box which was nice

Maybe the mosquitos but they provide spray against them and try not to leave the doors open so insects don’t get in , but not many insects and not that many that u would imagine. very minor and unnoticeable defects in finishing like unstable door handle , just saying this because this place is great so everything could be great .

everything was great overall, the swimming pool was one of the best I saw with a stunning view. the staff was great and really helpful. The overall design of the place was unique and beautiful. The room design was also nice. the Hotel also had a golf cart shuttle to the main gate of the spa where cape Panawa is 3 minutes walk away which has a a number of restaurants that serves an array of local and international cousins and a 7 /11 store also few shops and local street food carts. I was very happy with my experience overall and I do highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurants in the spa unfortunately was not up to the par with other aspects. the service itself in the restaurants was very fine but when it came to the food I think it should be improved drastically. I tried the thai restaurant and the food was not good, soup was served cold and there was emphasis on presentation with less care about the taste. but do not worry as mentioned restaurants are available very close to the place.

Everything, from the hospitality of the staff through the greenery of the place to the great ability for total relaxation and retreat.

Looking back we cannot find a single thing that we didn’t like.

the facility, the staff, the attention to details when making the room, the fine dining restaurant and the absolutely amazing services at the Spa, I received the best massages there. the whole facility has relaxing spaces and the morning buffet is incredible good!

the resort is in the east side of the island and is very close to the port, hence is not the best side of the island for beaches. But once you are in the resort you won’t feel like going to the beach! also the resort is surrounded by nothing which is perfect for relaxing but at the same time you won’t find anything close. The thai restaurant gives you a very different experience from the fine dining.

Everything, this is my second time to be in Amatara and for sure I will come again. The location is quite with great view. The staff were very friendly and available the whole time. The food is soooo delicious . There is halal food and there is Shataf was availble in the bathroom.
