The apartment is far from the crowd. Small village in the south. Big balcony. You can watch the petanque match from it. Very nice beach is about 3km. You can use a motorbike. Stephane can give you for very cheap price. The old town, the Big Buddha and many beaches you can ride in 20 minutes. I will go back to Stephane for sure. The best is you can see the sea from your bed. The morning is beautiful. The best place for breakfast is only 50 meters from the house. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes by walk.

None, everything was perfect.

The room was big and clean. The sea view was wonderfull. Internet worked well. Air conditioner was properly installed and worked well. The price is good. Near the restaurants and the beach.

The only problem was the smell in the bathroom. The Rawai Beach is not about swimming but I should have learned the location better.

The location is great and it has a wonderful view. The owner was very kind. The room was sound proof from outside events and other guests.

The bed was hard and difficult to get comfortable. I like to have a fan in the room but there wasn’t one available.

Stephane is a superb host, the room offers potentially the best views in Rawai and is in a beautiful quiet location yet close enough to everything you need. Hopefully it will be available on my next visit! Thanks Stephane!

Stephan was so warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and even beach towels and free water were provided.

Even though the room description said there’s a bath tub, they didn’t have it in our room. It can be a little noisy when there’s a pétanque tournament.

Everything was amazing, the view, the room, the localisation, the people (Stéphane and his partner gave us a lot of tips and were super welcoming), will definitely come back!

If I really was to find something, maybe the mattress can be a bit hard for some people.

The location, the size of the room, the view, the friendliness of the host, the air conditioning,the restaurant below the resort.

would have liked things like tea and coffee , face wipes etc to be refilled on a more regular basis. the hosts were very generous but what we could do eg help ourselves to clean towels, use of kitchen etc could have been better explained with a compendium.

Spacious comfortable apartment with sea view! Three of the best cafés and restaurants in Rawai are just 2-3min walk away! The host is very friendly! Would come back again!

The owner of the guesthouse - Stéphane - is an absolute wonderful person. Kind, caring and so helpful - always with a big smile! Staying at his place feels like being at home!
