good value for money. clean and modern, good location if you want to have everything close. they gave us a free upgrade to a swim up room

A lot of different owners offer their apartments in this complex, that was a bit confusing when checking in… for this reason we don’t want to leave our luggage… who knows where it ends 🙈 we arrived 20 min before official check in time and really had to wait till 2 pm 😅 would be nice if that could be a bit more flexible … especially as there is a electronic system that allowed self check in…

Great location, with 3 pools one just steps from the studio. There are several good restaurants nearby. Decor and furniture very modern. Comfortable bed . Excellent levels of cleanliness. Shower was particularly good.. All the staff we had dealings with were pleasant and very helpful. Security excellent with key card enterance to the complex.

Check in was confusing as the studio in located in Title West but managed by another part of the complex. Staff sorted it out . Crockery, cutlery and glasses were the minimum, only 2 dinner plates, no side plates, only 2 small tumblers, no wine or beer glasses.

The location is great! The facilities and grounds were great. Response from property manager was great

A few little.things. check In was hard. No body knew where we were to go. One.room.had a few issue.

No Breakfast but the stores were very reasonably priced and open 24 hours

The owner took pride in his apartments so there was nothing at all to dislike

The apartment was well set up. Separate bedroom and great location in Rawai.

There is a front desk but they don't manage all the apartments. Not like a hotel / motel ... The front desk contacts the property owner to show you to the suite.

This is a studio apartment. It's in a development called The Title on Rawai beachfront. Best to call the number before you arrive as the rental agent is not on site. It's all quite new. Big bed and good bathroom but no chairs or seating area except on terrace outside. Excellent location a few yards from the beach. Terrace direct to swimming pool. Quiet.

Could benefit from sheer curtains as easy to see into cross pool neighbours bedroom. I know it is apartments but lacked a nice common area to meet fellow travellers. Maybe a self serve breakfast bar in lobby would make it more friendly feeling.
