Fabulous swimming pool which was needed as beaches around here are very crowded. We booked very large room with direct pool access. Excellent breakfast- some food cooked to order and delicious smoothies, decent bread! Really friendly, obliging staff. We were initially a little disappointed with our room as it was looking a little tired but everything worked really well and after a day or two, we were delighted with our choice. Bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable. A good choice of restaurants nearby- we especially liked Rawai View - a little more expensive than the norm but great views and live music.

Nothing. Beaches nearby very crowded. Well worth hiring a scooter for quick visits to beaches for a swim.

Just a wonderful stay. Very comfortable, spacious, clean room. Excellent Wi-Fi. Super breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. Great pool. A very well run establishment tastefully furnished. Ticked all our boxes and have booked a longer stay for next year

First of all the hotel team is just wonderful, especially Jay that has been absolutely adorable with us, that made us feel at home, besides being more than helpful with all the advices to make our stay even more interesting and helping us around to get more memories. She has been professional and really sweet with us. We even had a problem during our stay by forgetting our phone into a cab, and she managed to contact the agency and got it back delivered to the hotel. We can't thank you enough for making our stay so unforgettable. The hotel is clean, with daily changes of the linen , very clean swimming pool. The breakfast was rich and very tasty, I would recommend the pineapple pancakes. The location: rawai is a quiet area enough for you to relax, but there are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby for you to enjoy the Thailand spirit. Also, the free shuttle provided by the hotel was really good and allowed you to enjoy amazing spots around the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here and would surely come back

Absolutely nothing.

We liked everything about this hotel. The pool is lovely and sizeable and perfect temperature. It is a quiet resort and much more intimate than the larger resorts, with very friensly and hard working staff. They provide a free shuttle to the beach or to Promthep Cape which is great. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast is a mixture of buffet and cook to order and was delicious every day. The location is prime with 711 next door and only a few minutes from the beautiful rawai beach. There is nothing this hotel didn't do well and would certainly return when back in Phuket

Only thing we didn't like was the obnoxiously loud other guests. This is a family resort to couples beware. Saying that this is by no means the fault of the hotel and I would return because it is so peaceful there...mostly.

Staff were amazing, rooms were always very clean, the facilities are brilliant and easy to relax and spend time here to recover from daily activities. Would definitely holiday here again.

A little expensive compared to other air bnb options, I felt breakfast should have been included and more help to get better rates with the trips would have been appreciated as I feel I was overcharged when arranging anything through the hotel

Very nice hotel, well kept, clean, when we were there not a lot of people so laying around pool was nice. Gave us umbrellas, beach tote and towels, nice touches like that. Beautifully decorated. While it isn't close to a lot of the nightlife where everyone else is, there are quite a few good,safe options within walking distance, right next to 7-11. When we'd venture out to other more popular areas, we were unimpressed and preferred local places.

The cafe is the bar and restaurant, so after 6 pm you're on your own. It was far from main tourist drags-- good in that not crowded at all, but just fewer options around. Honestly though there are quite a few nice places around it with safe food and drinks.

Very nice family owned hotel. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed there longer. Nice spacious room, great pool, very good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is near all you need, shop restaurants and beaches. The shuttle service provided by the hotel ( to the nearby beaches )is very good and includes in the hotel price. They are so friendly to bring you and ouch you up again. We will definitely come again! Ohh and it is a nice quiet place to stay ( no rooftop bar, noisy clubs or anything near ) !!

The coffee at breakfast was not great. First day they brought the wrong order, second day the coffee came 20 minutes after ordering, basically after breakfast. The other days it was just bad coffee, they seem to think americano is a regular black coffee, but it is not. No one likes to drink watery see-through coffee...

We loved our stay at Navatara. This was our second time in Rawai (we prefer the area) and we had big expectations which were met. The staff was absolutely delightful, we felt so welcome and looked after. Rooms were the right size, highly recommend booking a room with pool access, we used it everyday and it was one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay. Beds were big and so comfortable, was difficult to get out of it. Loved the greenery and how authentic everything felt. Free shuttles to a few close by destinations was a big bonus. All in all - fantastic and unforgettable!

Liked everything apart from eggs Benedict which weren’t made as it supposed to, but other options were delicious. Recommend trying the waffles!
