Everything was great, The Hotel has always been My favorite. The food is Great, the Pool is Fantastic, there are Rooms with a Great View of the Islands, also they have Pool exit rooms so you can go into Pool whenever You like. Simply if You want to relax, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Although they have great Staff All over, but their Reception Staff behavior is Bad. is like you feel they don't want you to be back to their Hotel. I tried to inform the management about it but it seems it's their policy, they try to get extra money by fooling you in multiple issues, like early check & and late check out. this is why I rated them 8 not 10 although the hotel deserves 10.

The accomodation was excellent and the location was lovely as it was right next to the beach which was only a 50 mtr walk away. The many pools were very well maintained and just perfect for an evening dip before retiring.

The food menu was very good the only problem was it depended upon the time of day you wanted to eat, also they stopped serving coffee early in the day which was a little frustrating not being a drinker.

I requested a one king size bed and they gave me 2 single beds put together. Plus the bed sheets were adapted on top of the other to make it look is only one bed. We had the bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool, which is one amazing feature. However, the opening time of the pool is at 6:30 in the morning... It was very unpleasent to wake up at 6:30-7:00 in the morning with people making noise in the pool right next to your bed.... The hotel has 3 swimming areas, maybe it would be a good idea to consider the opening time of the 2 pools (that are a bit away from the rooms) at 6:30 and the pool with direct access from the bedrooms a bit latter. I understand everyone wants to enjoy 🏊 but people also want to sleep in their vacations.

Very clean. The shower was fantastic- best shower I’ve used in Thailand! Great access straight onto the beach. Lots of choice at breakfast.

The location is a little out of the way, however the hotel has transport at the ready for you to take you anywhere on the island at a very reasonable price- cheaper than getting a taxi through grab!

the hotel is amazing, and has stunning views! the rooms are comfortable and have a great size! we loved the pool we had the room where one could enter from the privat terrace and the pool is open til 22:00 which was nice since all the other hotels we have been to close the pool at 20:00. the breakfast was really good to there was lots of variety! the staff where the best to they had any request done in seconds!

We didn’t like that the taxi rates where double the price in the hotel of course they make extra money of them, but we had to be at the pier at 8 am and that ride the day before was 100baht with a regular taxi and the taxi that the hotel rings was 400baht which then felt like a rip of .. The hotel is great but everything that’s extra for example food or massages are pricey. if you go out to town to eat or for other activities you only pay half! so if you are on a budget we would advise to go out to town for food and cocktails

The man works in the night in the reception is terrible!! He is not a nice man and everthing we ask him he was angry and not nice. Except this, everything was good very clean but the location is very far from the center.

The whole place is very well designed, especially in terms of views, with the palm trees making the hotel itself feel beachy, even though it doesn't sit directly on a sandy beach. The views are great. If you want to post pictures on social media, you'll easily get nice ones here. I don't usually like to eat in hotel restaurants because they're usually expensive and not that great, but the restaurant and bar at Hotel Tide were surprisingly good quality and value. I especially liked the fried flat noodles (Pad See Ew) for 150 THB and the drink deals - watermelon smoothies and lime soda were buy one, get one free for 90 THB. It was too easy to sit by the pool and just drink them non stop. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Kevin, the hotel taxi driver was also really helpful, too. It was a lot better to go into town in his van than to try to get a Grab car, especially as we were a group of 5. Also, the vibe was really nice. We met a few other guests at the pool/bar and exchanged numbers and contact details. It was almost like a youth hostel vibe. Ground floor rooms have a swim up entrance, which is cool, but you'll probably just swim in the main pool area. If I go back again, I would not care if the room has pool access or not.

Most of the front desk staff were not very friendly. They weren't rude, and they did their jobs, and they helped when asked, so they weren't actively bad, but they just weren't nice. No smiles, sometimes no eye contact, or they took a long time to acknowledge you if you were standing at the counter - a nod and a hand gesture to say "hang on, be with you soon" would go a long way. This is a bit uncommon In Thailand where people are usually very warm and friendly, even when it isn't their job. The hotel has no direct access to a beach. There's a sandy beach about 50 feet away, but I was satisfied with the pool and didn't bother going there. In fairness Foto hotel next door has a photogenic white sand area you can enjoy, but it's not a real beach.

Honestly, I did not have a good rest at this hotel because of extremely loud music being played 6 am - 11 pm in the pool-beach-restaurant area. As other comments will say that there is no beach - there is a SEA as per pictures - but it is not for swimming - no sand access, and the water is super super dirty and stinky, it's not like european south beaches, also plenty of krabs. So the only option you have is to lay by the pool which is being treated like a disco with a speaker every 50 cm, so you cannot like chill/nap/read a book etc. so literally no escape from the noise, which is why I would not stay again.

lovely restaurant staff.

they do not let you check in early under no circumstances. We arrived early and they kept asking for extra 1000baht to let us into the room. Very poor and greedy. Most hotels would let you checkin early if there is a room available. But they don’t care about their guests being inconvenienced. They made us wait hours at reception and by the pool with our luggage after a long flight.
