Very convenient location if you’re doing a lot of island hopping and aren’t interested in the Patong scene. It’s so close to Old Town which is my favorite part of Phuket. Breakfast options were aplenty and the private pool room felt like an apartment. Good restaurants on site too for lazy stay-in days.

Private pool was so shallow, like a bath. The property is a bit old so needs renewal but the premises are still beautiful. While breakfast options were good, the breakfast restaurant feels like a canteen so it’s not a very pleasant experience.

the staff is just amazing! so helpful and makes you feel special! they want to make sure you are having the best time and that everything is perfect for you. love the view, the people at the spa were great and did little personalized touches since I went there a lot! but I’m the expensive side! breakfast was amazing! it a buffet with everything you can imagine from an American continental breakfast to Indian and Thai meals! you really have something for every one! the beach is beautiful but small and only viable at high tide! fit swimming and for water sports! there were a lot of mosquitoes but you could find repellent with every staff as needed! they even gave some in the outdoor restaurants when you went for supper.

shared pool with neighbor is not the best since you have to mind their presence if you want to change and stuff. very expensive both for the room and the spa but both were beautiful experiences! so worth it if that’s what you’re looking for! which I was! location is far from everything but didn’t mind it because I went there for the spa and the beach!

The location was excellent in terms of the view. Far away from Patong and other beaches around. Close to Old Town. The thai food at the restaurant was great.

The hotel was Westin but the service was not Westin quality. The service is like what you would get in an ordinary hotel in Phuket. We stayed in multiple properties on our trip. Would recommend for the breakfast staff to be nicer. Even after they screwed up and accept it but won't really do anything about it. It takes forever for the buggy to come.

We had a privet pool Vila with a view to the wide sea. We celebrated both our birthday and were surprised by so many small thing for attention and celebrating. The room was good and so is the bed. Water was freely in the room so as coffee machine. The service of both lobby and dinning room was amazing. Breakfast was tasty. The spa was great. It's a huge and beautiful spoiling resort on a cliff. Away from the crowded place.

The rooms and toilets places in the area wasn't so clean. Don't use taxi from hotel, get bolt app and invite the taxi from bolt its much cheepier. But only on cash.

Location is quite good. Room sea view as my expected. Facility and food are quite good. Staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. I can introduce to my friends.

Some electrical outlets are not available. The faucet in the wash basin is installed too far, causing water to fall out of the sink when in use. Need to install more fixed hangers in the bathroom. The toilet has a bad smell.

The location. It’s perfect if you want to be away in the country side, everything we wanted to do was on the other side of the island which did means lots of our holiday was spent in taxis. However was close to Old Town

The rooms are phenomenal. I cannot pin point at even a single thing in the room I didn't like. Resort is massive and located in a beautiful way. The view from room is excellent. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Food - There are not many restaurants near the resort. - So chances are you will dine mainly in the resorts own restaurant. Which even at best are sub average. I have had the worst green curry I have ever had there in the resort in Thailand!! The restaurant was mainly geared for Indian tourists and if you want Thai food in Thailand then this is not the place. Buggies - At times we have waited over 20 mins for buggies to arrive to take us back and forth to our room in this massive resort. Last couple of times we ended up walking in rain instead of buggies as we were getting late. Smoking area - This place needs a smoking area outside every building. From what we could find, there was only one next to reception.
