Location is superb. Right in the middle of Patong Beach, which is so near to the hotel. Bangla Road is just 7 minutes away walking. Room is impressive and very clean. I love the spaciousness of the Family Room. I definitely recommend this for any family to stay. The amenities in the room is good. Towels are so comfy. The beach towel at the lobby is a plus and very convenient! The staff were always friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. They always are attentive.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We arrived 1hr early and the staff asked us to use a common restroom and keep the luggage at the reception. We could take our lunch and then checked in. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is clean and very close to the beach and markets. A must-stay for medium-budget lovers. It has everything you need within walking distance. The travel kiosk outside the counter was very helpful and we could bargain a deal for Phi Phi island tour. The pool is a bit let down but it's not important as the beach is on a stone's throw distance. We could save much on transportation due to the low proximity to most attractions in patong.

There was a noisy generator close to the room. Rest it was a very happy stay

The hotel is only 4-5 mins of walking from Bangla Road, so quiet enough but still not far from it. The staff are super nice and helpful. The room is big

We arrived with all our backpacks, I was really poorly on my own with 3 children, we got given our key to the 5th floor the lift went upto the 4th floor, had to take the stairs for the last floor really could of done with some help off the staff. The pool was murky the whole stay so we didn't go in, could do with sprucing up the pool area it could be a great hang out area!

I enjoyed my stay at kokotel. The swimming pool was on the top floor and was clean, a nice place to relax with a good view. Staff were great very pleasant and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and I was given fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo. My bed was always made by the hotel staff and was changed as and when requested. Room service are trustworthy and will not move any of your belongings, I actually left a tip for the room service staff and on many occasions they didn't pick it up so I had to chase them and give it. Air conditioning worked great Never had a problem. Receptionist were always polite and helpful, had many enjoyable conversations with the staff and they also recommended me great places to see. Overall was a great stay and the hotel had a real family feel to it definitely would come back.

perfect location near the beach and right in town. OK pool on the roof. Fun slide and play room for the kids. good travel organizer right outside the front door.

The rooms do not suit a family of five. Don’t look at the pictures, they are misleading. Each room can hold a maximum of four people comfortably. When we asked to change rooms, they tried to charge us more, which we refused. The photos are misleading! we paid for five people and they excepted the reservation for five and then tried to charge us more in the end. we had to put two kids and one twin bed. Also no breakfast or additional services at the hotel at this time.

Kokotel is located approx 12-15 mis walk from Bangla street. The restaurants and spa's in and around the hotel provide a lot of shopping and food Options. Its Budget friendly and rooms are spacious in comparison to other hotels. If looking for budget friendly and a decent accomodation , totally recommended.

The Family room balcony is less than average and no sitting furtniture is available. Also the Shower did not have curtains and since its a common area for Bathroom the water exit kinda off wets the whole bathroom.
