Not long back from a fabulous 10 night stay at this facility (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculately cleaned when we requested servicing of the room. We booked with breakfast included and were not disappointed - there was plenty of options to suit the whole family at the buffet breakfast. The pool is perfectly adequate to chill out in and enjoy a drink at the poolside bar (only suggestion is that maybe look at having some sun loungers that are adjustable so you can lie down on you front if you want to). Located just across the road from the beach and easy walking distance to Bangla Road (but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise). Highly recommend.

The design of this hotel is beautiful! It truly took our breath away and felt like such a special way to start our holiday. There is lovely attention to detail in its design, from frangipani mosaics on the floor to the colourful bunting being hung for Songkran. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and equally as pretty. Nice bathroom too. The pool area is particularly lovely. Situated around a pagoda bar, it is covered with lovely trees. You truly wouldn’t know you were smack back in crazy Patong as it feels so tropical and luxurious. I was worried about noise throughout the night but it wasn’t a problem at all. We could hear a little bit of the live music from the Irish bar outside in the night it wasn’t a bother and certainly didn’t keep us from a good nights sleep. The hotel is far enough from Bangla Rod that there’s no disturbance from clubs/bars there, but, still within walking distance. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this hotel and its beautiful facilities.

Being very picky, but, a 1000 baht deposit and a double sided laminate lists of “damage changes” in the room upon arrival seemed a bit like overkill.

It was a stay that we were very pleased with. The location, the size of the rooms, and the cleanliness were very good. I really liked the way the breakfast was served. You can order a breakfast plate from many different options. There is also a small open buffet.

Breakfast is served at the bar in front of the hotel. Since the area is very small, it can be difficult to find a place inside. The bad smell coming from the sink was disturbing.

The room was very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of variety to pick from. Right across from the beach and near convenience stores, excellent location for us!

We had noisy neighbours and had to call reception to get security to come up and ask them to be quiet... only problem was we didn't know if anyone came up as the neighbours continued to be noisy. Only complaint!!

Quality Beach Resort and Spa is an excellent hotel to stay at if you are looking for affordable accommodation in the Patong area. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. We had the pool access room, which I highly recommend. It was perfect for spending time at the pool and having drinks in the evenings after the sun went down. There are MANY restaurant options available outside the hotel in walking distance. Bangla Road is only a few minutes walk away for those who enjoy the nightlife scene. The breakfast was good with many different dishes to choose from.

There was nothing that we didn't like and we would return if we ever go back to Patong.

Amazing hotel. Big rooms, super clean, they have even iron in every room.

The only thing that really disappointed me, was that the lady in the reception actually cancelled our taxi ride when I asked her to help me communicate by making a phone call to a driver that I found outside of the hotel. We had booked a taxi for 5 am in the morning for 3000 THB and she lied to us that our driver changed his mind because the ride was too early. She clearly wanted us to use the taxi services of the hotel and pay double price. Luckily the taxi driver had WhatsApp and when I went back to the room I called him myself and saved my ride. Be aware of the hotel’s extra services, they are very expensive. And there’s also a laundry in the corner for 50 THB/ kg which takes good care of your clothes. The hotel charges by piece. Just look around and you have everything.

The Resort was in a perfect location, opposite Patong Beach, easy to access transport such as taxis, tuk tuks, lots of great restaurants close by, a beautiful pool, and great facilities

We arrived at the Resort at 10.30am and weren't able to access our room until 2.00pm. There was no air conditioned area that we could access at that time and it was very hot. Breakfast was disappointing and the hot food available, was always cold.

The hotel is exceptional in terms of rooms and the type of property. We stayed in a pool access room and loved our spacious room and the pool with it. The location of the resort is quite great, as the beach is right across the road. The property is centrally located, and even then it doesn't feel like as if you're staying on the most crowded street, because the rooms are very quiet! There are 2 restuarants on the property and we tried both - the food was delicious!

They ask you for a upfront deposit 2000 THB or a credit card on hold for security purposes even when the room is fully paid for! I found this quite strange honestly

The location of this resort is perfect, right in the middle of everything. However, you can't tell when you're in your hotel, no issues with noise at night or during the day. Lots of privacy considering its location. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby and it's right across from the beach. We walked around for the most part. The staff are so willing and happy to help with everything. The pool was amazing. They let us leave our bags with them between check out and our flight. Would definitely stay here again!

Checking out - seemed everyone had the same check out time and took quite a while. Confirm the cost of laundry service before doing it. Much more expensive than the services offered down the street.
