The location was a 5 minute walk to Patong beach. It's very quiet with a very nice pool. breakfast was delicious with live cooking station. The staff were the friendliest you can imagine. Large but sparsely furnished rooms, with small but adequate balconies. Walkable distance to all the main areas of Patong, but away from the crowds. I would recommend this hotel, I went off season, so the price was reasonable. The photos on their website are a good reflection of the hotel but some of the paintwork has long since faded on the entrance road. Rooms were cleaned daily, beach/pool towels are free to use. Any minor issues were fixed quickly.

Struggling to fault this hotel, its really a nice place. There were lots of guests when I was there for 5 nights, and I didn't hear anyone complain. Go ahead and book.

Staff wwre really great. Always courteous. Very helpful. I was grateful for the card they gave me with name, address and a.map of the hotel location as most drivers didn't seem to know it.

Everything is quite old. Bottle opener in the room was rusty. Poolside seats and tables are badly weathered and the table we had was a actually falling apart. Linen was fresh and clean but the foot towels were frayed. I'm sure this looked better 20 years ago..

the location is great, quite but close to almost everything in Patong. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. We had a great balcony with the view on the pool.

first class service - seriously out of this world service. absolutely everything was amazing. we stayed in a smaller room but it was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. room service and restaurant food was like Michelin star - we’ve even here every day. room service super speedy. always lots of staff around so feels totally safe. all staff friendly and go above and beyond. 5 star resort.

the ONLY niggle I had was the cheaper toilet paper and always running out :(

Nice clean spacious rooms with balcony and a hotel pool (mostly without direct sun). Quiet location (a bit hidden)

Some rooms have no sight because of a wall in front or give to the car park. Location is quiet (+) but a bit hidden. In former years, staff (majority younger male staff) was always very friendly. But now staff (mostly ladies)were rather slow, some obviously not competent, especially older reception lady even unfriendly. All in all too expensive.

2nd time at this hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Pool is lovely. Breakfast is good. Good location near to the beach and restaurants etc

Breakfast guy was inflexible when I wanted coffee (from the machine so no trouble) at 0650 when breakfast starts at 0700. I spoke with the manager and that was sorted out At 5* hotels that wouldn't have been necessary. Some people are just a bit rubbish when it comes to good customer service. Probably needs a bit more training I think. There's no gym - but I knew that.

The rooms near the pool smell dump.Not suitable for individuals with asthma,or something like that.There are big rats,and cockroaches in the night around the pool,so not for someone afraid of those.The management should take care about them,even if they were not an issue for us,but it may be for others..
