Walkingdistance to & from airport. Very nice, very clean, very big and comfortable bungalows, with huge panorama windows and doors. Nice terrace. Nice swimmingpool. Close to beach and nature park. Perfect for a few nights before or after flights.

Bungalows huge windows are nice, BUT, since bungalows are so close to each others you still need to keep the curtains closed most of the time, otherwise everyone else sees right in, and you see your neighbours. Breakfast was not included wich was a bit of surprise, since price is a bit high, 5000 bath/3 nights. Bungalows 4,5&6 are best located. Perhaps some new sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. Now there is only a few worn down beds, and one umbrella. No light switch by bed, you had to get up to switch of light, and back again.

We stayed with a 1,5-year old, so I'd like to share a bit of experience from the babyproofing point of view. The room is spacious, we got a normal baby cot (costs extra, but the price is very affordable) and there was enough place for it near the bed. No high-chair, but the tables are low and room chairs were comfortable for the baby to seat during meals. "Kitchen" zone and toilet are separated from the main room with a glass door, so we could make a tea or go shower when the baby was sleeping. Swimming pool was rarely used by other guests, so we had it for ourselves when we wanted, and in the afternoon it was in the shadow, though the water was really warm. Very comfortable to swim with a kid. Breakfast was also good with noodle-based and rice-based thai dishes + fresh fruit, the portions big enough for us three to eat. In the 7-11 nearby we could easily buy what we needed (diapers, yoghurt, water etc.) Overall we liked the place, very private and calm, and we loved the birds singing days and nights around the house. The staff was really friendly and cooked us a lunch when we arrived for a modest price.

Some equipment may want a renovation, e.g. the sink was leaking, the door between the room and kitchen zone didn't lock. Mattress in the baby cot is too short, would be great to replace it. In the toilet there was often a bad smell from the sewer.

The room was huge and beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures; surrounded by glass windows and a deck all around with outdoor furniture. It also had a dressing area and extra-comfortable bathroom and shower. The garden around the rooms was magnificent and the swimming pool a delight. WALKING distance to the airport, about 7 minutes- you don't need to take a taxi!!!! Also, the airport bus takes you to Phuket old town (yellow bus) and to Patong Beach (blue bus) for !00 baht. Can't beat that! And you don't hear the planes at all. Very quiet, long beach. Beautiful clear water. Close to restaurants and stores.

It is not "on the beach" as advertised. But a short walk to the beach.

Location was not as advertised (beach front). It's actually 200 meters from a national park which has a beach but it costs 200baht per person to enter. There are no facilities on the beach as due to being a national park drink and food are banned. There are a couple of other accomodation places nearby but nowhere to go for food and drink. So it's a case of buying what you can at the 7/11

Good location for overnight stay just before your next flight. The room is clean and spacious. Nice lady singer in the lobby bar in the evening, extremely delicious tempura shrimps and fresh cold beer available :) Spent a great evening there!

Not many places around to go to. Lots of mosquitos inside and outside – it would be nice to have a repellent and fumigator in the room (we had our own with us, so that was not a big issue for us, but other guests might not have it)

Spacious bright and airy room, which was set in a lovely, landscaped area. The room was very clean and well presented. Little balcony with seating and ashtray was appreciated. Friendly staff and the little Bar/restaurant out front was really pleasant. Nice food and great service. Pool was nice size and clean.

bed was a little on the firm side and pool towels are a bit worn, but nothing too bad.

Despite the proximity to the airport, a very quiet area with an incredible feeling.....very many plants, incredibly friendly people and the proximity to the national park make this place something very special. The rooms are 50% surrounded by glass, which I found very pleasant. Everything very clean and well equipped. As already mentioned, the proximity to the national park and the associated beach is simply unbeatable. Highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic little boutique hotel. We booked it as a day room as our flight was close to midnight and needed somewhere to stay close to the airport (we came from Phi Phi). For an airport hotel, we were thoroughly impressed. It was affordable and very clean, the room was large with huge windows, it felt very light and airy. There was a nice little pool down the end of the garden path. Staff friendly and helpful. We enquired about taxis and the receptionist phoned up to book it with no trouble. Also free shuttle to the airport too. Restaurants and shops close by, only a short walk from the hotel. Overall, very impressed!

Great place for a short layover, located very close to the airport and the nearby beach. The staff is very good at their job. The place offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport at any time. The room was spacious and clean.

Bathrobes and towels were torn and old, which made me uncomfortable.

We selected this hotel for our last night in Phuket due to the direct proximity to the airport, as we had a very early flight to catch. Even though we were only there for not even a full day we were positively surprised and really enjoyed the hotel grounds and our very spacious villa. The family run hotel is just beautiful, located in a gorgeous little garden of eden full of exotic plants and a pool. The hotel is very clean too. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort and love into it all. Despite the proximity to the airport it was incredibly quiet. Value for money is also unbeatable and the owner even drove us to the airport for free at 06:15 in the morning. Nai Yang beach is also within walking distance, do just note that if you exit the hotel and take a left all the way down the street (approx. 5 minutes) you will come to the national park section of the beach, whereas entrance fees apply (200 THB per adult) if you enter the beach there. So just take the street left before the national park entrance and follow that road until you reach the normal, free side of the beach, where all the restaurants etc. are also located. This walk is around 10-15 minutes from the hotel and you can just save the entrance fee. We will for sure be back during our next visit to Phuket and can highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

For me personally, the pillows were rather uncomfortable but that is just a matter of taste. Other than that no complaints whatsoever! :)
