I recently had the opportunity to stay at your prestigious five-star hotel, and I would like to express my concerns regarding the quality of service I experienced during check out. Firstly, I was charged an additional fee of 400 for a heavy ceramic soap dish, which unfortunately slipped from my hands due to its weight and broke while I was at the shower. In most five-star hotels, such incidents wouldn't typically result in an extra charge, as I would expect items like this to be made of plastic, not fragile ceramic. Despite my initial hesitation, I accepted to pay this fee. Secondly, I was surprised to be informed that I should not take the slippers provided in the room with me, as they are not intended for the guest's. Instead, I was told that they would be washed and given to another guest!!. This practice was unusual to me, as luxury hotels usuallythe people take the sliper for the For remembrance. I had no issues with returning the slippers as advised. Lastly, I was notified of an additional charge of 300 on my room entry card. This fee was not clearly explained, and I was taken aback by this unexpected service . What was most disheartening was my interaction with your hotel's manager his name SAKSIT R when I requested a meeting to discuss these issues. The manager's approach was less than professional and, unfortunately, fell short of the standards I expected from a five-star establishment. When I raised my concerns, the manager merely mentioned that it was the hotel's policy and insisted that I had to pay the fees. When I requested to see the policies, he mentioned that they were printed on the entry card!! However, I had not received any prior explanation about these policies,He said that he does not have a solution, and if you want a solution, we can tell the police to let them know if they find a solution!!Is there a manager who talks like this?

It was a good quiet location. The staff went above and beyond. Lovely pool and spacious room

It had a lot of false advertising They advertised a free shuttle bus to the center of Patong - which didn’t exist They advertised a Resort and Spa - three spas on the pool never worked and the spa treatment services had shut down They had a pool bar which opened 1 day out of our 18 days!!!! Lacked atmosphere. Needed some life around the pool. Regular pool bar staff and music would have been good

The room is supppppper spacious (I like the tatami and balcony), the bed is comfortable (maybe hard for some people but just nice for me) Friendly staff Have many selections at breakfast The hotel is located at end of Patong beach, super convenient and can avoid the noise at Patong, just opposite have 7-11. Close to many nice eateries. The pool is huge and well-designed, but sad the jacuzzi is not turned on

The TV at room is like from 1990s, but who come Phuket to watch TV anyway? I booked seaview room however I was given a poolview room, but that's good because from my observation seaview room is facing a main road which is quite noisy.

Breakfast was fabulous. No complaints on food but restaurant very hot & stuffy needed better aircon. Rooms spacious nice and clean on arrival. Bed hard but mattress topper put on and then bed was comfortable.

The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. When I asked for a mattress topper one was provided and made a huge difference. Only complaint is that rooms weren’t cleaned til very late in the afternoon and no towels were left on more then one occasion and said they would drop them back. We got back after 8pm and then had to request towels, we were given pool towels. Annoying but didn’t effect our overall stay.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean and we really enjoyed the pool.

We ordered breakfast in bed one morning as we were informed at check in and by the information booklet in the room that there would only be a small surcharge for this as breakfast was included in our booking anyway. However, on check out we were charged an extortionate amount for having breakfast delivered to the room, and the information we were given at checkout regarding the price of this completely conflicted with the information we were given by the booklet in the room and the member of staff that checked us in.

Beds were really hard. Rubbish was left in hallways for days at a time

The room was spacious, clean, bright, and the bed was comfortable. Unlike many other hotels in Patong, there was no live music nearby which meant that I could have a good nights sleep. Breakfast was well varied, the pool is large (but in dire need of more beds), and they’ve got a basic gym. The beach is literally 3mins from the door of the hotel and as it’s located 20mins walk to the centre of Patong you can escape the chaos that surrounds Bangla Road.

As many other reviews mentioned, it is indeed quite dated and is in need of an update. A majority of the ground floor is derelict and the exterior is rather unsightly. The hotel is quite old, reminiscent of an early 90s resort. WiFi here was useless and the television was low quality and only connected to terrestrial channels.

Loved the pool access room, and staff were lovely

The bed was quite firm, we had 3 rooms in total, and all commented about the hard bed
