Really a fantastic resort in Phuket and we had an incredible experience. The staff were amazing, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a relaxing time throughout our stay. The swimming pool and atmosphere were both spectacular, and the great view from our room was really a great way to start our day. The complimentary shuttle to the shopping center was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was superb. The resort also excelled in providing various activities around the pool, including yoga, kids' parties, and water sports. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating and enjoyable getaway!

Staff are amazing at this hotel. Facilities are great and very clean. We love the 3 tier pool. Extremely helpful especially during periods of being very unwell.

The Indian tourists who were staying by the bus loads, they were extremely disrespectful to staff and other hotel guests. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the hotel catered for them and bowed to their every need, even changing a majority of the buffet breakfast to Indian food during their stay. No other nationalities were catered for like this. Even then these rude arrogant people were not satisfied, complaining to the chef. They took our table on multiple occasions even when my son was sitting waiting for us. Took chairs we were sitting on. The hotel staff could see it, and we felt sorry they were being treated so poorly. But during this whole time they remained so professional and polite.

The curtains in the room weren’t dark enough so the light came in too early in the morning. To me is a little overpriced, breakfast should be included in the initial price (it’s 15€ a day for one person, too much for me for no reason).

I think that it was worth purchasing the half board meal option. We dined in the evening around 8pm and it was always quiet. Sometimes we were the only ones dining. Loved the private experience. The hotel is close to the strip for Street eats, massage parlors, dining and other activities.

The rooms were up the hill which we walked up and down most times. It can be an exhausting walk, especially during the heat of the day. They did offer shuttle service to the room, so I recommend utilizing it so that you don't feel continually drained. The resort required a lot of walking via stairs, especially to visit the pool, spa, gym, or to go down to the beach. These amenities were not accessible via elevator. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible/friendly. So, if you have issues with climbing several stairs daily, do not book here.

1. Can't see why you need to take out a full days room cost before we get there. To make matter worse, this amount should have been deducted from the total balance of the bill. To make matters worse the 3900 baht that we charged from the room was not deducted from the prepaid balance which then takes up to 2 weeks ro be credited once we left the hotel. No other hotels operate like this

Breakfast lack of options, they didn't offer fresh juice and there was a very few options of fruits.

A peaceful, authentic Thai architecture resort in bustling Patong Beach. We got a room with seaview. Breakfast was very good with ample variety and a viee of the pools, Patong Beach and the ocean. Kids could play in the play pool with eater volleyball and basketball courts in the pool! Many programs nearby and staff was very helpful with organising tours, excursions, taxis etc.

Rooms a bit outdated and spread out in this older resort which sits on the hillside. Hotel offers free shuttle within the resort and to go down to the beach which is really needed in the heat! Breakfast room not air conditioned:-( the hotel has no private beach and beach chairs so if you want to be on the beach, probably not the best. We spent time at the beautiful 3 pools and then lots of programs so it was OK for us.

Great location, good street food options nearby. Nice pool area and good pool bar offering lots of different drinks. Gym is outdated but has ok equipment for a short trip

Not much atmosphere in evenings, bar/ restaurant seemed to be very quiet, maybe a event or some music on the odd evening would create a nice atmosphere. If you don’t pre select having breakfast each day it is too difficult to just pay on the day, I was sent back and forth between reception and the restaurant counter when asking to pay for a day breakfast, I was told different things about how to do it so we ended up just going out the hotel

I love the location , the views are exceptional, value for money one of the best overall hotels for satisfaction in the phuket area . I come to Phuket 4-5 times per year . The staff make you feel so welcome !! Always smiling always happy and they go out of there way to accommodate you from the time you book to check in and check out . I want to say a very special thank you to Namfon in Reservations whom has gone out of her way to accomodate me with past bookings . Namfon is so professional and kind with helping me with past bookings . I brought my Thai wife and her mother and daughter who have never been on a plane nor stayed at a hotel ever before , Namfon helped me to give them memories they will never ever forget 🙏 Thankyou so much Namfon na cub 🥰😊🙏 and I can’t wait to see you and all the beautiful staff at Novotel again in May 2024 .The breakfast is exceptional..!! Overall I highly recommend Novotel above many other hotels in Phuket Patong area . Once you stay there you will stay there again and again

Very Clean and well maintained premises and rooms. The staff was very Friendly and courteous. Room was well located. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We arrived 2 hours before check inand were assured early accomodation but were made to wait 1 and a half hours. Front desk not well co-ordinated with housekeeping.
