Very modern and clean with a fantastic location. It really is an “oasis of Patong!” The staff are so friendly and welcoming and always happy to help with whatever you need. We can’t praise this place enough. We were a little nervous e about booking at first as it’s a new hotel and didn’t have any other reviews, but we’re thrilled we took the gamble as this hotel is genuinely great! Huge and very comfortable bed, filter coffee facilities in the room and a lovely big shower! Fantastic place! Even has a small on site shop selling everything you could need and good prices too!

Perfect little boutique resort newly opened in Patong. The location is great, just about 5 minutes walk to the Patong beach, with a lot of nice restaurants around. The units were spacious, and well designed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was super comfortable, and of very good value! Try their newly opened Adam Restaurant and Eve Bar! The food is to die for !

All new and great design very spacious yet cosy and beautifully landscaped. Room service food and beverages were plentiful and always delicious. The breakfast was lovely too. People left reviews saying there was not much option but I am surprised because I thought it was a very good selection. The staff were lovely people and made me want to come again. The walk to Patong beach was only short, 5 mins and so the location was perfect you were not too far from anything but you are not so close to the party side of Patong either, so there was no disturbance.

I liked everything there was nothing to dislike

The hotel re-opened recently (Dec 6) after a serious and amazing renovation (their google listing has the 'before' pictures for reference). The property is gorgeous and very well located (10± minutes from the beach and all the action). Reminder to the team to update their google listing because I got a mini heart attack after seeing it, thinking we got scammed on booking, lolll. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are nice with great water pressure. The staff is very friendly and prompt to respond for requests.

The breakfast options are quite limited and the morning service staff is either new or undertrained. I've seen the restaurant busy for lunch and dinner and can probably assume people like it, though we never tried it. While there are 2 curtain layers, it would be great if that glass panel had reflective tint for added privacy during the day rather than having to use the sheer/dark curtains which block natural lighting. Context: every room is a separate 'bungalow' and has a wide window panel (as wide as the room).

Overall everything was almost perfect! The staff is smiling and very sincere and the quite location is ideal to explore Patong area. The breakfast is limited but offers decent quality products.

The hotel should communicate their cash deposit policy in advance to avoid any confusion and also to make sure that customers have enough cash with them.

This property was literally an oasis in the heart of Patong, the rooms and resort are all new fully renovated with such style and class, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, they are so pleasant to deal with it honestly felt like home, the breakfast and restaurant served amazingly delicious food, all the produce was fresh and delicious. I honestly would stay here every time I come to Phuket in is walking distance from the beach and shops, but not too close to all the loud noise, it’s perfect! The rooms are sound proofed so you can not hear a thing, the beds are so comfy, the shower pressure is perfect, everything is perfect! 10/10 and 5 stars! Well done!

Its a very beautiful property. It really doesn’t feel like you are in the middle of Patong, when you are inside the resort. The villa feels luxe and expensive and the bed is very comfortable - very spacious as well.

We are in the year 2024 - I don’t like that i needed to hose my butt down with water and throw used toilet paper into a bin (cannot flush TP down the toilet at this resort). I understand this is thai culture, but for such a modern hotel, this seems abit ridiculous. Also, they take a big cash deposit - not a deposit on a credit card. Which is crazy because it’s money you could be using outside (for people who are on holiday).

Scandinavian design of the hotel creates a relaxing and comfortable vibe. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and always tidy, there is wireless charging though not fast charging. You can enjoy Netflix movies free of charge. They also provide 2 body towels, several pairs of flip flops and a beach bag, which is super useful if you join Phi Phi Island day tour. 5 mins walk to beach, 15-20 mins walk to Central Patong and Jungceylon shopping malls. Many restaurants in main street and at seaside. 9 mins walk to Four Point Patong Airport bus stop. Food in Eden restaurant is delightful no matter Thai food or pizza, worth to try.

Pool is small, though beach is nearby.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! Staff were great, the rooms were spacious and nicely designed, privacy was good enough, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the fact that there was a supermarket right outside was super helpful.

I'd recommend taking bug spray with you to avoid bites while sitting outside. The pool wasn't the best, but when it Phuket you're better off going to beach clubs anyways.
