It’s in a quieter location up North Not too small not too large Just a few minutes walk to the beac Friendly staff can’t get any better so 10/10 I gave them a little push just to see if they can comply. I was on the ground floor water pressure could be A lot lot Better for a shower. Tv. Had a snowy picture .there was a day where the water pump failed so nobody had water flow. :Note: if u had a water pump that supplies all the water to service the entire building , Make sure you have a Brand new standby water pump ready to go if it was to fail, so u can just call a plumber and get it swapped out . Not waiting for the store to open and then fitting it off by it’s time 8hrs have gone by / this was the case for me .lesson to be learnt here seven seas . Also Don’t forget you are in the northern part so if u where to walk to the major shopping centre it’s a 25min walk Oh and breakfast starts too late 8:00am

It's my favourite place in the World. Seven Seas is a slice of paradise and tranquility and is more like a home away from home as the wonderful staff here make your holiday so relaxing, with their kindness and assistance when required. The manager Som is very good at her job, very hard working and friendly as are all the staff whose customer service skills are excellent . I give the hotel and staff a 10 out of 10 and would like to thank them for such a pleasurable experience. The best hotel in the World.

Everything was fine, some small issues were addressed and fixed by the excellent managers very quickly.

Seven Seas is a bouquet hotel in a prime location, near the famous Patong beach in Phuket. Located a bit away from the main road, the hotel provides relief from the city chaos. The hotel has all the needed amenities including a sweet swimming pool. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff are always there 24x7 for the guests. The room is big enough for a family of 3 and all the rooms have an attached balcony. Their main highlight is the happy hour (4 PM to 5 PM) when you can get 2 beers at the cost of 1. We loved our stay here!

My last 18 days out of a 55 day trip to Thailand were spent in the seven seas. As with most people booking a 3 star hotel you should not expect 5 star, amazingly this is not the case here, o.k. rooms are basic but you have everything you need, cleaning and linen changes daily, tea coffee etc supplied. Staff are the making of this Hotel, all were extremely helpful, (big shout out to Mr Jor the 4 till midnight receptionist) and i hope the owners realise just what a great team they have here because this is what lifts hotel to 5 star experience. I booked through booking.com and there description of hotel is spot on. Personally i would recommend to family and friends, i would have no hessitation to stay here again

About 1km - 1.5km to Bangla Street (Patong city centre) & still manage to walk there. 6. Motor rental & laundry next door only. 7. Hotel serves meal (a la carte). We didn't try/order but it's good for you if lazy to go find food outside.

1. Room toilet clogged on our last day. Phew! 2. Someone was trying to open our room (202) on both nights. Time around past midnite. Not sure if they're trying to break in & steal something, or they're drunk & came to wrong room. Luckily, we locked our room everytime. 3. We're wondering why housekeeping not make up room 203 & keep its door open? It's somewhat disturbing our eyesight.

Fantastic small hotel in a great location. Away from the busy main roads but only a few mins walk to the beach and plenty of shops. The staff at Seven Seas were excellent. Super friendly and helpful and we thought the overall organisation and management of the hotel was outstanding, in fact one of the most well run hotels we have stayed at in Thailand! Daily housekeeping was great, rooms and bathroom were very clean, main bed was ok and single beds were firm which was fine for kids. It was so great to have a hotel room that comfortably slept a family of five! We also really appreciated having a smart tv, daily water bottles and separate towels for the pool/beach. The value for money here is phenomenal. This was one of our cheapest stays in Thailand but one of our best!

The only thing we didn’t love was the air con unit facing directly onto the bed. We eventually found a way to have it on without such a breeze on us. But better placement of the air con and bed would make this a 10/10! There was also a light that flickered on and off all night due to a faulty bulb which we know the hotel will get sorted.

For me this location was perfect in a very quiet street just off the end of the beech road with around a 2 minute walk to the beach. Other hotels this close to the beach are 4/5 star hotels outside my budget. I initially stayed 2 nights to check it out, I extended another 3 days and finally decided to stay In Patong another 5 nights making it 10 nights. The room was a good size, clean and fresh looking. Menu at small cafe/restaurant was just ok for me but what I ate was very tasty although I mostly ate out. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like although I would say that if you want a hotel with a pool that you can swim a lot in, that the one here is more for a cool off dip, I didn’t use it but I wasn’t really looking for a hotel with a pool.

We were staying for about 10 days. The hotel is nice & cute. Money-quality. To start with we arrived late and had troubles with our cards to pay for the living, the stuff offered to pay the next day , that was great after tiring trip. The stuff is perfect, always welcoming, ready to help, the room service was always there to clean our room. We booked with the breakfast - you can choose the type of eggs cooked , breakfast is also served with fruits - for us it was a full one , delicious. Moreover, as we were departing early - the stuff prepared a “lunchbox” (I would call it breakfast box) - they gave us three boxes (fruit, sandwiches, boiled eggs , vegetables) - splendid! The location is perfect- you don’t have any noise nearby because the hotel is kinda inside the other hotels and hidden from the busy road , but to the beach it takes only 4-5 minutes , nearby is 7/11 shop , a lot of cafes, massages, taxis, exchange etc. If you go to the right side along the beach there will be a street market (I Guess Kamala beach the name is) In the hotel is laundry, swimming pool- once we tried - a good one , enough for a chill. To the left side along the beach - all the resort itself. The Seven Seas Hotel - thank you!

One or two days there was a switch off water during 3-6 hours a day, but the problem was fixed Didn’t cause a lot of troubles as it was a daytime

A really nice hotel located just by the beach and far enough from Bangla road hell so that you could sleep quietly. But if you’re up for parties, Bangla is just 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel has everything you want from a hotel, and offers good price for bike rent. Breakfasts were also nice with a big plate of fruits. And they have full dining menu if you’re hungry. Good wi-fi allows you to work remotely in a shadow area by the pool. Cleaning was every day and good. Friendly stuff and a nice owner from Germany!

I was afraid of some bad reviews that I read, and now I can say that I CAN’T understand how some people just vomit their rage out writing a despicable comment on how horrible it’s absolutely everything, complaining on how people are rude (when maybe they are just concentrated or serious?) or on how some things in the room aren’t like they expect to be (photos are perfectly accurate! People just don’t check them. And the same with the location, it’s very clear!) The reality is that it’s a nice hotel, with nice people, nice installations, and near the beach. Me, I couldn’t ask for more! Quality-price, perfect! And plus they were suuuper arranging with my stay: I booked on 2 different days (because of a changement on my plans) so I had book 2 different rooms. I asked if it would be possible to have the same room for both days even if my reservations were different… and I got it! Without a single problem. Also, on my departure my flight was early in the morning and I had to leave at 6:30am. Even though the Breakfast is served from 7 to 11, I asked if they could make something fast to eat and take away… And they made me a delicious sandwich with some fresh cut watermelon! The room was clean, bed is comfortable, big windows, necessary amenities, AC works, the pool is cute, the food is good, the service is good, people on the reception are nice and arranging, it has an easy access, it’s near everything… I recommend this place very much :) Thank you for making my stay so easy!
