The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff are lovely. For the price, it was a great stay for what we needed it for which was a conference at the Novotel next door.

I would love to have breakfast available earlier than 8am. We are early risers and had to wait a long time for breakfast and it was a rush to get breakfast finished before our conference started. This was not the hotel's fault, but unfortunately we had a very noisy hotel room neighbour who shouted aggressively, was drunk, played loud music and smoked all the time and it meant confronting him a lot to enjoy our time and sleep.

this hotel is such a little beautiful place to stay when you want to explore Patong beach area ☺️ the staff is super friendly and helpful when you have questions or ask for what to do and how to go there around the whole area. the rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything nessessary for some days to stay. the breakfast is very good and tasty and also the food in the restaurant is super delicious 😋. we would recommend to stay here for some days. :)

The bathrooms needs some bit more cleaning tho, there was a bit mold in the corner of the shower and on the sink, but towels and everything was very clean.

Nice hotel at a very good price. Reception is open 24 hours, we arrived around midnight, and we were immediately met and clean, well-kept rooms were prepared. Every day cleaning, fresh towels and free bottles of water. We took breakfast once, because I liked to sleep late, the quality of breakfast for one time is more than excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The pool is good for refreshing. The friendly staff of the Seven Seas hotel made me feel very happy, having chosen my hotel in a quiet part of Patong. The location is very convenient, literally walk the road, and you are on the sea in a couple of minutes on foot. There is a 7-11 store and several cafes nearby, but this is not the noisiest place in Patong, and this is a big plus. It is quiet at night, no one bothers us. If we ever come to Patong, then only to this hotel) I will not even look for anything new. Thank you very much! I liked everything very much!

When we checked in, the refrigerator in one of the rooms started leaking (it was turned off, the ice in the freezer melted) and there was a large puddle of water on the floor, but the staff dealt with the problem in just a few minutes

I was on the ground floor water pressure could be A lot lot Better for a shower. Tv. Had a snowy picture .there was a day where the water pump failed so nobody had water flow. :Note: if u had a water pump that supplies all the water to service the entire building , Make sure you have a Brand new standby water pump ready to go if it was to fail, so u can just call a plumber and get it swapped out . Not waiting for the store to open and then fitting it off by it’s time 8hrs have gone by / this was the case for me .lesson to be learnt here seven seas . Also Don’t forget you are in the northern part so if u where to walk to the major shopping centre it’s a 25min walk Oh and breakfast starts too late 8:00am

It's my favourite place in the World. Seven Seas is a slice of paradise and tranquility and is more like a home away from home as the wonderful staff here make your holiday so relaxing, with their kindness and assistance when required. The manager Som is very good at her job, very hard working and friendly as are all the staff whose customer service skills are excellent . I give the hotel and staff a 10 out of 10 and would like to thank them for such a pleasurable experience. The best hotel in the World.

Everything was fine, some small issues were addressed and fixed by the excellent managers very quickly.

Seven Seas is a bouquet hotel in a prime location, near the famous Patong beach in Phuket. Located a bit away from the main road, the hotel provides relief from the city chaos. The hotel has all the needed amenities including a sweet swimming pool. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff are always there 24x7 for the guests. The room is big enough for a family of 3 and all the rooms have an attached balcony. Their main highlight is the happy hour (4 PM to 5 PM) when you can get 2 beers at the cost of 1. We loved our stay here!

The view from our room was obstructed by some construction going on.

My last 18 days out of a 55 day trip to Thailand were spent in the seven seas. As with most people booking a 3 star hotel you should not expect 5 star, amazingly this is not the case here, o.k. rooms are basic but you have everything you need, cleaning and linen changes daily, tea coffee etc supplied. Staff are the making of this Hotel, all were extremely helpful, (big shout out to Mr Jor the 4 till midnight receptionist) and i hope the owners realise just what a great team they have here because this is what lifts hotel to 5 star experience. I booked through booking.com and there description of hotel is spot on. Personally i would recommend to family and friends, i would have no hessitation to stay here again

About 1km - 1.5km to Bangla Street (Patong city centre) & still manage to walk there. 6. Motor rental & laundry next door only. 7. Hotel serves meal (a la carte). We didn't try/order but it's good for you if lazy to go find food outside.

1. Room toilet clogged on our last day. Phew! 2. Someone was trying to open our room (202) on both nights. Time around past midnite. Not sure if they're trying to break in & steal something, or they're drunk & came to wrong room. Luckily, we locked our room everytime. 3. We're wondering why housekeeping not make up room 203 & keep its door open? It's somewhat disturbing our eyesight.

Fantastic small hotel in a great location. Away from the busy main roads but only a few mins walk to the beach and plenty of shops. The staff at Seven Seas were excellent. Super friendly and helpful and we thought the overall organisation and management of the hotel was outstanding, in fact one of the most well run hotels we have stayed at in Thailand! Daily housekeeping was great, rooms and bathroom were very clean, main bed was ok and single beds were firm which was fine for kids. It was so great to have a hotel room that comfortably slept a family of five! We also really appreciated having a smart tv, daily water bottles and separate towels for the pool/beach. The value for money here is phenomenal. This was one of our cheapest stays in Thailand but one of our best!

The only thing we didn’t love was the air con unit facing directly onto the bed. We eventually found a way to have it on without such a breeze on us. But better placement of the air con and bed would make this a 10/10! There was also a light that flickered on and off all night due to a faulty bulb which we know the hotel will get sorted.

For me this location was perfect in a very quiet street just off the end of the beech road with around a 2 minute walk to the beach. Other hotels this close to the beach are 4/5 star hotels outside my budget. I initially stayed 2 nights to check it out, I extended another 3 days and finally decided to stay In Patong another 5 nights making it 10 nights. The room was a good size, clean and fresh looking. Menu at small cafe/restaurant was just ok for me but what I ate was very tasty although I mostly ate out. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like although I would say that if you want a hotel with a pool that you can swim a lot in, that the one here is more for a cool off dip, I didn’t use it but I wasn’t really looking for a hotel with a pool.
