The attached pool to the room was very convenient. So nice! Accessibility is very good. Very near to the beach and marketplace. The food was amazing on the property. Nice breakfast. Didn't get bored even for 6 days.

They are not keen on cleaning the room unless we request them. We stayed for a week, but they were okay to continue without cleaning even for 6 nights. No instruction on how to operate the locker. Couldnt use it. The virtual credit card didn't work. Have to pay through a debit card. A little struggle during that.

this was a gem of a hotel from the location 2 mins from the beach to the size of the room we had 1105 junior suite with swim up pool. Even though we spent little time eating or drinking in the hotel the breakfast was superb, something for everybody, not overpacked due to people going on trips at various times. the pool on the roof is also worth a few days but the beach is more conveniant as you have the street food stalls cheap as chips. We have to give a massive shout out to our house keeper phaung, what an asset to the resorts staff. She was not just great at her job she also made the time and effort to get to know us as we were their for 3 weeks. She would say hello every morning ask what we were doing for the day and was genuinely concerned when my wife took ill for a couple of days, even tooting her moped one day when she passed us going into town 😂❤️. We would definetly recommend a visit to this hotel.

Beds, the pool view, the cocktails and the location are all perfect! So close to the beach and the far end of Phuket. Close to many local markets and massage places.

The breakfast was busy and sometimes not topped up, this is something you could improve on. I also think you need to consider the staffing for breakfast as they seemed very overwhelmed.

A great hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. Quiet and with no one looking in on us from other buildings. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the busy main street, which suited us fine. The beach and food stalls are just across the street and there is 7-11 store five minutes walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The few minor issues in the room were fixed up literally in minutes by the housekeeping and maintenance staff. I've never seen such a fast response in any hotel ever. For example, the air conditioner was slightly leaking drops of water. No big deal but we mentioned it to the maid and she had a team of three technicians around within 5 minutes to fix it.

first and foremost the staff. friendly , helpful and caring. we stayed in a junior suite with a view of the sea. the resort is close to the beach and there is lots of street food available. Breakfast buffet has a good variety and I liked especially the egg station. being 86 and 76 we received special treatment everywhere. little things like opening the sun umbrella, a soft mattress topper, special pillows and so on. the resort is very clean thanks to a fantastic cleaning crew. the WIFI is fast and reliable. we’ll be staying at the Charm Resort again in December.

there is really nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel was amazing and provided a brilliant stay whilst in Phuket, especially Patong Beach

There was a lot of beeping within the hallways on the doors for the bedrooms when they weren’t closed so whenever someone didn’t close the door properly the beeping, but I go on throughout the night until I had to ring room services

Pool + bar, free shuttle bus to Jungceylon shops, helpful staff, quiet area since it’s tucked in off the main road, resort is walking distance from everything - under 15mins to Bangla rd

Breakfast was great and the location was perfect right near the beach and far enough away for Bangla Road as not to hear the partying

The infinity pool was very murky went there once that was enough

Really high standard hotel. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym had loads of equipment and was well air conditioned. The pool’s view is beautiful.

Not an issue for us, but the property might be a little bit more of a walk from restaurants/shops for some people. For us, this was good as it meant the hotel was quiet and a nice escape from some of the busier areas.

the pool access was great and the roof top pool is fantastic has great wifi. the staff in particular Dang shift manager, Nio The bar tender in the foyer and mr M porter are fantastic!

some of the guests were extremely noisy at 430am
