The view was fantastic but only if you got the right bedroom floor.

They tell you a sea view room but trees block the whole view. Insisted on better view room as we paid for it finally got a new room. They don't mention that the hotel is on a very steep hill. Walking up it is not recommended unless your young or fit. It's a short walk but it's steep and no foot path so avoid the cars especially in the dark

Great pools and plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was decent - standard fare but plenty of it. The beds were comfortable. We had a problem with one of our two rooms on the first evening but this was sorted out within a few minutes and we were given a better room! Staff were friendly and efficient too. Location: although up a steep hill, there are regular shuttles to and from the main beach and the walk is not too bad in the evening - it isn't a long walk.

There is no bar area to sit and socialise. The shuttles stop at 5.30pm; perhaps a couple of later options would be good.

Fabulous staff who couldn’t do enough to help you. Beautifully designed hotel with lovely central pools and plenty of loungers during our stay. Good location just a 5mins walk to Kata beach- it is however up a steep slope which a lot of people struggled with. There is a free beach shuttle numerous times per day.

Resort is beautiful and quiet. Staff are polite and friendly. Room is spacious and similar to room pictures. Seaview is not as nice as the picture, after all, hotel is slightly further and there's tree in the hotel that blocks a bit of the view. For the price we paid, I think this view is enough. Hotel even provide beach bag, beach towels and slippers. They have a drying rack that is at balcony but beware there will be mosquitoes if you open balcony door. We like that the shower and toilet is separate. We visit in June 2022, their breakfast is not buffet style, they have set menu so you can choose the day before. Breakfast is 7AM to 10.30AM. Breakfast taste is normal. If you need to leave at 7AM for your activity, you can let the reception know and they are willing to prepare a breakfast box for you (Simple sandwich, hard boiled egg, packet juice). As many have mentioned, this hotel is up a steep slope, approx 300m. If you want their free shuttle to Kata beach, let the reception know. There's not much shops near hotel but there is a family mart approx 250m down the slope. From Phuket international airport to Andaman Cannacia Resort, taxi price is 1,000 baht, join minibus is 200 baht. There's a few transport providers stationed at Phuket airport. There is no metered taxi in Phuket, so far all we met are fixed prices (private car, tuktuk).

Reception staff was not expecting 3 adults so they were not ready for a room of 3 when we arrived, although I gave them our estimated time of arrival. The staff mentioned Booking.com did not tell them there's 3 persons. We stated preference for twin room but got a double room. Their staff helped to carry our luggage up and stayed around even after we push our luggage into room, he was obviously waiting for tips. There is no elevator here so you need to carry your own luggage when leaving or you can always ask the staff and prepare tips for them. They use one product as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. I'll encourage you to bring your own. They also don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste (need to buy).

Shuttle service should be promoted more with more rides after 17h30. Stagnant water at garden rooms on patio must be cleaned to avoid smelling badly. Overall my stay was great.

This hotel was great. We arrived late, around 10 pm and we were immediately greeted with a refreshing drink while checking in. The staff was super helpful and always friendly. The resort had a beautiful pool area with stunning views. The room itself had an also a great view of Kata Beach and was spacious. The bed was massive which we loved. The room had everything you needed including beach towels, robes, drying rack etc. The hotel had a shuttle to the beach every hour which was convenient. The breakfast was basic but enough.

Please keep in mind that the hotel is up on the hill (therefore the beautiful views), so walking around is a bit difficult. We ordered some room service and unfortunately the glass bottle cokes we had ordered, were rusty like the metal cap had brown stains on it. The drink also tasted a bit off. And our bathroom could a bit cleaner. Overall a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return.

Fantastic pool and view over Kata beach. The staff were great and very helpful. There's a bit of a hill to walk up/down to get to the beach and Kata town, but it takes less than 5 minutes and is fine for anyone of reasonabke fitness and mobility. And it's worth it for the peace and quiet and the view! The room was very comfortable, with nice touches like a tote bag to take to the pool/ beach. All in all, excellent value for money.

No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom but that's really the only fault I can find!

The room was really big, clean and comfortable. The mini-bar had everything you needed, which was great. The breakfast was good, had some new elements each morning. The pool and the garden are really beautiful. Overall speaking, it is a good deal in Kata Beach.

When checking-in, the staff is requesting you to pay 3.000 THB as deposit which I recommend paying them in cash in order to get them back at check-out. I didn't have them in cash so I paid by card and now, after a week since we checked-out, they still didn't refund me the money - it takes up to 2 weeks, as I have been told by the staff.

Rooms were great, pool was nice

TV had absolutely nothing to watch, 6 non English channels, and 1x English boring news channel, hotel should include a streaming device. Breakfast was limited, real juice, and more variety needed.
