Very good location and neat to Patong Beach and Bangla Road easy to commute to different places

Complementary water bottle were not clear. Hotel charged me for bottles which I thought is free. Rest all the good.

the friendliness of the staff. especially the ladies cleaning the rooms on a daily basis

the staff at the reception some were ready rude. I recommend that someone that can speak fluently in English be at the front desk constantly.

Great view & pool .

No room service. Most of the rooms are far from the reception , so u have to take a vehicle from the reception to the room and visa versa . This sometimes can take time as the vehicle is busy .

We were always met with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loved our villa, quiet location yet lots of amenities nearby. Good choice of food at breakfast.

We were only informed that there were 70 stair steps down to our villa on arrival, which also, means 70 steps back up each time you leave and enter the villa. This would not be good for elderly or anyone with walking difficulties.

liked the location and the ocean view. we could hear the waves crashing the shore even from our balcony. great services nearby like street food vendors, laundry and 7-11.

The property is just getting to some kind of normal since the pandemic. we seen improvements to the hotel and services even during our 4 day stay. I believe in a few months things will be better. The hotel wants a 2000 baht deposit in cash and they really discourage you from using your visa. even threatening that it will take 2 months to get your deposit back if you use a credit card. I did not like or appreciate the tactics. overall a good place. I would stay there again.

Nice view, quiet and spacious room, big shower and private bath on the balcony. Nice facilities like gym and big pool.

Breakfast could be better, no plant based milk, not many vegetarian options. There were little ants in the room, but not so many so It wasn’t a big deal.

No plug sockets by the bed. It’s 2022 kind of a standard thing to charge appliances. Requesting a 3000 baht deposit for the room in case of damage is not cool. Never had before in over 50+ hotels I have stayed in Thailand. And if paid on card they said it could take two weeks to return deposit. I understand damage may happen as it’s a hotel…. But I booked on my card there was no mention of a deposit and they have my ID so if I had trashed the room it would be easy for them to solve. Quite disappointing as it’s like being accused that you will do something.

Stayed in the Grand Honeymoon room and it is stunning with a four poster bed, outdoor bath on the balcony and gorgeous sea views. Breakfast was included and a good range of choice and a live egg cooking station. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The hotel is set on a steep hill but the hotel offers free car service to your room. The hotel is about 10 minute drive from Bangla Road but there is a taxi stand right outside the hotel. I would also recommend the Mermaid restaurant opposite, the food is gorgeous and it has stunning views.

The room service is on the expensive side but to be expected from a hotel.

I stayed in the honeymoon suite and was on the top floor - the view was simply exceptional, especially when sipping drinks with my partner in the private balcony-pool. The food and driver staff were very nice and efficient, and the food at the main restaurant by the pool overlooking the ocean was great.

I stayed for 4 days, and for 3 of those days, the escalator from the breakfast/restaurant to the block of rooms was broken. It's about 30 or so steep steps so walking up them is a little taxing and it was an annoyance. Also check-in took about 20 minutes as reception seemed to be inundated with calls. Later when I ordered food, or asked about something for my room via the phone, I would always be redirected to reception - so I believe too many calls are routed to them and they are swamped. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives for my stay, there are just some teething issues to be worked on.

Spacious room with stunning view of the pool and ocean! The buffet breakfast was great, lots of options and the food itself was really good. Rooftop pool was perfect, swim up bar or staff would bring your orders over to your sun lounger. The hotel itself is a walk from the main bustle of Pa Tong (and Bangla Road) to which is perfect if you want a more peaceful stay.

The rooms are up a huge hill so there is a shuttle that can constantly take you to and from your room down to reception (it’s a very hard walk) - the driver was great and always prompt but it was a little annoying trying to squeeze in the cart with other random guests when it was so hot. The bathrooms weren’t that clean and very dated.
