We loved the room, it was so spacious and enough space for our family of 6. We loved the staff who made such a great effort with our children. We loved the pool deck, the sauna, the table tennis table, the quiet location, the views, so many things to love.

It was a bit far from the action, we thought there would have been a shuttle that could whisk us into town more often but this was only offered twice a day. The weather changes so quickly that when its nice out you need to head out or you'll miss it so we ended up having to spend a lot off money on tuktuks to get us down to the beach and back.

Clearly, this was a vision to build such a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. And they succeeded. What an amazing hotel, everything was perfection. But what made Thailands gem 💎 Pacific Club Resort so good for myself and my wife was the staff. Zar and June ( reception ) are fantastic girls with great personalities and beautiful smiles. I recommend they organise any trips when you stay at this stunning resort. THEY ARE AMAZING. Breakfast staff were also fantastic, especially May, her attention to detail was brilliant. We ate at the restaurant and again as always the food was amazing. Restaurant Manager ( chai ) outstanding......excellent example of what a restaurant manager should be. WELL DONE In total, our trip was amazing, and Thailand 🇹🇭 is the best place to see. But the Pacific Club Resort is in our hearts forever. Everything

Everything at the hotel was excellent. The pool was a very good size, and not too cold, but very refreshing. The room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast had a lot of food to choose from at the buffet, with a chioce of eggs prepared by the chef to your order. The staff were fantastic, and could not do enough for you. We will miss them.

The journey from the airport, after our flights were delayed seemed to take forever. But we had a lovely welcome from the staff.

Great hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful, rooms a good size and even had a microwave. Room service and happy hours were good and the rooftop pool was amazing. I liked we were back from the busyness of Karon but it was a short walk downhill. Breakfast choices were excellent.

This resort was the most incredible experience and absolutely exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location on a hill overlooking Karon Beach, with the most spectacular views from the rooftop pool. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to help us (organising taxi, recommending local activities, providing insect repellant, filling up our water bottle, kindly offering support when I was sick from our flight). The owner was so lovely and kind, and greeted us with a smile everyday. Spa staff are incredibly skilled at what they do, and provided us with amazing service. Buffet breakfast had a great range with something for everyone. Resort proximity to activities was perfect, only a short walk to a selection of lovely restaurants and the beach!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, we will absolutely be back, and would love to recommend the resort to anyone looking for a stay in paradise.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Excellent hotel. Just lovely. Fab pool great for lengths. Rooftop pool and service, beer and cocktails delivered for the sunset. Breakfast was great, fab omelettes. The rooms were lovely, comfy bed, spacious and clean. Such super helpful staff got us on a boat tour to Banana island, stunning and great restaurant bookings too. Cabs to the airport were booked for us. The manager is very helpful and around a lot. The gym was good. Everything was amazing about this hotel. We loved it. An oasis away from Busy Karon beach.

Karon beach is super super busy. Part of it are overwhelmingly busy, but the NORTH part is empty. The waves and sea are stunning and great fun. There is an amazing beach restaurant at the very end of the north beach where we had lunch 3 days in a row. The best lunches in 2weeks of travelling.

What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended

In this hotel, not only they know well what they do, but they do it perfectly. Even if you have a need, I am sure you will get satisfied by the stuff there. So, NO, there is nothting that I didn't like.

Steered by the charming Mr Sun, this hotel is exceptional. 1. reception staff June, Zar & Yan are always on hand to help 2. food is fantastic - big shout out to Daisy, Mai and the lovely trainee lady at the restaurant 3. the whole hotel is immaculately clean, and our room was kept tip top by the lovely cleaning ladies 4. views from the rooftop pool are outstanding 5. location is perfect away from the crowds and an easy walk to the beach (only the last 30m are steep on the way back) All the best to the Pacific Team from the couple in 402 who were always out running

The location was perfect, lovely and quiet with fabulous view from the pool, but close enough to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean (honestly didn’t see one speck of dirt), with beautiful, well maintained gardens and a gorgeous rooftop bar. The jacuzzi was a fabulous addition nestled in the quiet gardens. The hotel was very peaceful and never felt crowded in any area. Always got a sun lounger by the pool, and often enjoyed late swims with just our family. There were many added extras that I wasn’t expecting, such as full size, good quality shampoo, shower gel and moisturiser, robes and slide . 2 bottles of water were in your fridge everyday. Towels available by the pool and you could even take towels to the beach. The real jewels of the hotel are the staff. Every single member of staff was so welcoming, they really did go out of their way to make our stay perfect. Amazing value for money, I would highly recommend this chotel, you won’t be disappointed.

There’s not one thing we didn’t like.

The personnel at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A standout feature was the swimming pool, where we could lounge with a table and umbrella inside the pool, with food and drinks delivered directly. The breakfast had an amazing selection.
