The location is near to the beach. The room is large, with easy access, and with a balcony. The facilities are good and multiple.

Limited spa options. No early check in nor late check out was available. Although the room is great, you still can hear the other room people talking. Good breakfast food, but with limited options. My room view was not that good.

All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Sita from the front office is such a lovely lady and very professional. The rooms were nice. The pool area and the lobby are nice places to relax. Breakfast Wow. I recommend this hotel 100%.

For the money, you pay highly doubt you get somewhere better.

The breakfast is good, there is a variety of things to choose from. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. It's so close to the beach and has restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, money exchange nearby,very convenient location!

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location, which was conveniently close to the beach. The room was also kept clean and tidy throughout my stay, with daily cleaning provided upon request. While the staff was generally good and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location and cleanliness, but would suggest that the breakfast could be improved.

The breakfast left something to be desired. Unfortunately, the options were the same every day and lacked variety, making it a bit underwhelming. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding more variety to its breakfast offerings.

Staff were excellent and always accommodating with any request. Happy and friendly, refreshing to have people that genuinely care.

Breakfast very average, rooms quite small. First room was a little dirty and had an off smell. Staff were great and quickly changed me to another room which was better overlooking the pool.

Amazing hotel. Room was clean and nice. Pool is lovely with lots of green, I love that. The location is really good for Patong beach because it is not on the main road so it is little bit more quite infront of the hotel which I liked, but still everything is nearby. This hotel has big parking so it is good if you are renting a scooter or a car. I recommend this hotel.

Good location as it was walking distance from the beach. Breakfast was ok. Cleanliness was ok. Good restaurants and other facilities around the area.

Most staff were friendly and helpful but I faced one during midnight check-in that wasn't the best. It was a double room but there were only two pillows for both of us and it wasn't very comfortable. Ibis is supposed to have good pillows.

The staff was very polite and accommodate our request for an early check in after a long night flight. Perfect place ,in the center of the city and very easy accessible to the beach and the shopping area around the hotel. Swimming pool was very clean and had a small one for the kids. Definitely recommend if you are traveling with kids.

Need to wait in queue to get the elevator as only one was working. Room size was really small and no place to keep the luggage.
