Amazing pool and clean room with new air conditioning also the water is warm and the bed comfy, staff were very nice to us I really like the hotel very quiet

-The towel of the pool small and stinky - if I am in my room I can't communicate with the reception no phone or WhatsApp number - the room need tissue and trash basket not only in the toilet - I believe this hotel for everyone not for a specific segment so I couldn't use the umbrella because of the colors and theme, specifically in July the umbrella very important because it's raining season but I prefer to get wet rather than using it, if the hotel want to support this community at least put one of them colored why both of them in my room same theme? I feel like I have to use and do publicity for them by force which is NO WAY. Even of these notes I will give you 10/10 but you should consider it and work on it seriously

it is a lovely property with swimming pool. Location is ok, quiet and far from the main busy street which is 15 minutes away by walking

Breakfast was really good and worth the money you pay for. The room was good size with nice balcony. The pool was amazing with the pool bar in the water. The staff was always helpful to meet our needs. We had an early check out and they brought the manager out of his working hours for us. This place is very quiet and gives you an amazing vibe of a relaxed holiday that feels far away from the noise and chaos of Bangla road. The hotel is 2 min walk from Patong Beach. The street has lot of lovely restaurant all around. I will definitely recommend this place.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Very clean and comfortable room with good sized shower. TV was good, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, well stocked refrigerator. Close to pool which was excellent and quite good restaurant.

No hot water in basin in bathroom. Towels could have been better quality. Was a bit slippery in shower for a senior person. Grab rails or at least a non slip mat would have been helpful.

Very good breakfast. The room was spacious, the location is close to everything you need and the main thing is close to the beach. The staff is welcoming and creates a family atmosphere

The coffee and tea they put in the room were not what we expected, in the corner where we were there were small flying insects, not biting, but it was not pleasant to sit outside on the balcony

The hotel has the perfect location on Patong beach. The room was spacious also the bathroom. Balcony was comfy with nice view to the beautiful garden. Pool was also fine. The hotel has few cats which I really liked as I’m a big cat person. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is clean in the entire property. Wifi is strong works perty well. Breakfast is quality.

The lack of hot water.

We liked the room because it was by the pool. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the standard of cleanliness was brilliant. It is a quiet oasis in the heart of Patong and we will definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was a little small as we had booked a standard room. But it had everything that was needed and was not a problem. There are other room options but we liked being down beside the pool.

Everything, hidden gems in Patong. Worth every penny, surely will be back again, very recommended
