The view from the hotel and surrounding neighborhood was beyond amazing. It's like every idyllic photo of the Mediterranean you have ever wanted to walk into and stay forever. Lots of places in the hotel and in the neighborhood just to sit and contemplate. We only ate one dinner at the hotel, but it was superb. Great coffee in the morning. Staff are very helpful--one of the maintenance men even repaired the broken wheel on my husband's suitcase. If you walk down the hill, you can easily get to the commuter train, which will get you to the Carthage ruins in about 20 minutes.

The hotel airport shuttle as mentioned on Booking.com exists but is way overpriced at 50 euros for two people. Taxis are easily obtained for a third of that. Dinners are somewhat more expensive than comparable meals in the surrounding neighborhood, but definitely worth trying. Breakfast was continental, some pastries a little stale.

The location and the style of the hotel is great. The view is fabulous.

The quality of the towels and bath robe were not up to a five star hotel standard. It looked consumed and torn at the edges. The cabinet needed maintenance and seemed a bit old. No coffee machine at the room and no snacks. In fact, the fridge was empty. They lack the welcoming spirit of a 5 star hotel and should pay more attention to details.

The hotel was SO cute and in a fabulous location! I only stayed for one night, spending less than 12 hours in my room, but the hotel allowed me to leave my things all day and even spend time while I waited for my late-night flight! the view from their balcony is incredible and all the staff was very kind and helpful. Wonderful place!

I have only very small issues: 1. The shower in my room leaked water throughout the bathroom, so I had to put multiple towels down. 2. Although the location is wonderful, it’s relatively difficult to get there by taxi, and even harder if you’re walking the cobblestones by foot with multiple bags.

Excellent service from all the staff. They really make you feel welcome and try to make sure all your needs are met. We have 2 children and they made sure our suite had a cot included. The suites are very comfortable. Nice bathroom too. The location of the hotel is in prime position within Sidi bou Saïd with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Tunis.

Very minor points. Both the AC and fridge could have been cooler but to be fair the staff were happy to deliver a bucket of ice to our room!

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean. A few minutes scenic walk to cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and served on their little terrace so we could enjoy the view

Absolutely lovely property located in THE prime location in Sidi Bousaid. The rooms are beautifully decorated with high-end bedding and extremely comfortable beds. The included continental breakfast is beautifully presented with excellent coffee. All of the staff is as professional as they are gracious. We will return without hesitation!

Wonderful location with stunning views of the sea. Our room was perfect with a huge wrap around balcony. Most of the staff were very friendly.

There was a mix up with our room when we arrived which was quickly rectified. The service in the restaurant is slow and the food is expensive and could be better for a 5 star hotel but in general we still enjoyed it. Bathroom was a bit small.
