I liked the location, services, reception staff are friendly and very helpful specially Maddam WEAAM she is a great person, house keeping are wonderful and they do the best of their job room service is good

the lobby was hot without air condition, security staff are rude and they look at you in those strange looks that makes you uncomfortable you feel like as you about to commit a crime specially if i am with a friend going to eat at the resturant around the swimming pool area they keep chasing you

Sometimes I do not evaluate any of the hotels because I consider that to be an advantage and not a defect for hotels, but sometimes you may encounter a person of excellence, precision in work, and open-heartedness. You must write your opinion about the hotel, but in fact, the person you met, the employee at the reception, is called "Khadija Ben Sabeur" was very wonderful in dealing with us, and with the problem that happened to us from the delay of the flight, leaving a lot of luggage in a room, and her dealing with the issue even after we arrived in our country, these things were lost in many places. I thank the hotel for appointing trustworthy people. And honesty, and we should also not forget that the rest of the individuals were really of the highest morals.

Our room was the executive beach front, we were expecting a bigger room in size but overall was fine. no coffee maker in the room and no iron you have to request. very nice staff at the breakfast time.

Everything else was okay and satisfying, the only concern or issue I had was the staff who did not understand a word of English at all. for a 5 star hotel I don't think it is acceptable to not speak the most spoken languages in the world. This is something that the management should look after, specially the room service staff and maids.

Extremely nice and helpful staff - always smiling and positive, arranging everything needed very quickly, every time. The hotel is very nicely designed, also very green with big and nicely tended gardens, spacious, comfortable, beautiful swimming pools and direct access to a very nice sandy beach. The spa is wonderful and has all one needs in terms of facilities, as well as shiningly friendly staff. Two nice restaurants with very good food (Tunisian and international), as well as a good breakfast. 30-45 minutes walk on the beach to the first city (the really beautiful old Sidi Bou Said with its bars and souks/bazaars/markets) and only 15-20 minutes ride by car to Tunis (and its old town Medina).

Nothing to complain about, we truly liked everything.

The room, the view and the location were awesome! The sandy beach was 10 steps from my room. The food and the welcome sweets were so good, that I bought a package of truffles to take home. Their welcome truffles are out of this world.

The cleanliness and attention to deail could be better, but then if you think that this is a beachfront hotel, everything was great.

The stuff was ready to help with everything and wonderfully nice. I had asked for a room with a sea view which was modern , very clean and beautifully decorated with blue and cupper elements. The Horizon restaurant had everything you could possible need for your breakfast and the Spa and gym facilities were very nice.

The beach has too many trash, especially the part right under the Horizon restaurant...it would be nice to have some music at the beach and it really would be for the benefit of the hotel to try and improve the beach inside and out in general.

Staffs are very friendly and trying all their best to help and assist though it felt the hotel was a bit under staffed Location and hotel design made it one of the best destination in Tunisia

Well, some rooms needs to be maintained to reflect the real value for money. I believe the hotel should support the permanent staff with additional ones when there are celebration or occasions.... working with limited number of staffs might increase temporary the profit while destroying the profitability and brand name for which movenpick is well known

I didn't like the fact they wouldn't let my wife check-in because she was tunisian so had to book another room for her

Quiet location, not too far from the town centre. 30mins from Notre dame via metro. 30mins walk to Eiffel tower.

More of a travel lodge than a hotel. It was nice but didn't feel particularly special which is unusual for a four star hotel. Good for a short stay. Staff were friendly but did not see them that much. Double bed was two singles pushed together.

Great views and facilities , very good food and nice staff.

We are family of five. Limited facilities for very small kids and no family rooms for such a big family -we had to split into 2 rooms. But still it was a nice stay and the staff is very helpful and professional.
