The hotel is really great for couples and also for families with kids. We travelled with a 9 months old baby and I fully recommend this hotel for anyone with babies, even for ones with young age. Both outside pools have area where a baby -who can crawl and climb- can enjoy the water. Pools are clean. The food was fascinating, every day we could find something delicious also for ourselves and for our son. There are plenty of bread, different type of pizzas, different kind of meat, side dishes and desserts so really a lot of choices. You can ask omlette and pancake to be prepared at breakfast, freshly grilled fish and meat at lunch and dinner. Coctails and drinks are okay as well, you can ask bottled water. The staff is really awesome, they are smiling and friendly all the time, everyone had a good word and some kidnness to us and our son everytime we meet them. The hotel is clean most of the places, they do regular cleanings in common areas and of course in the rooms. You can book several programs in the hotel (via travel agencies and via people offering these). We went with Fredy to Sousse-Medina, you can look for him in the lobby. We went also for a trip with catamaran, this maybe was a bit expensive but we enjoyed the time on sea.

The kids' room was not fully equipped, it is only recommended for older kids (3+ years), I think, because most of the toys (not so many) are for them. The beach was mostly cleaned and well maintained but we found some rubbish anyway. It contained a lot of seaweed, in the sea and on the beach also. The sea contains a lot of rubbish but this is not the hotel's fault, just mentioning it.

-Check in at reception was very smooth and easy. We were given our room early and received a free upgrade. -The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom squeeky clean. Fridge very handy. Toiletries of very good quality. Bathrobes and slippers are a bonus. Complimentary fruit basket and a Birthday cake! We also received two bottles of Tunisian olive oil and a couple of coffee mugs as a gift. -Staff are the best. Very polite and attentive. Extremely kind and friendly. -Swimming pools are clean and large. Loungers comfortable. Staff always helpful by the pool. Pool bar great. -Beach very clean. Never seen sand this smooth in my life. Beach showers are very useful. -Spa staff were excellent. Treatments very reasonably priced. -Buffets were very good. Different types of recipes every day. There's always new food varieties to sample. All fresh food. -Overall, the best holiday resort we've ever been to. Will definetely be coming back again. -Thanks to everyone for making our time most enjoyable and relaxing.

We had no concerns at all. Only thing that could be better is an option to book SPA treatments online prior to arrival.

Compassion, care, our wellbeing and overall joy from every member of staff, we encountered from the minute we arrived until we left. We were stranded tourists amongst many others. Who were taken care of due to our flight being cancelled. Easyjet did not help. No representative available in person or via their helpline. This hotel was found on booking.com. I have never been so grateful or overwhelmed with the kindness that we received. ❤️ to this hotel, we also were given gifts when we flew home. Stayed 4 nights and 5 days. We all were given upgrades to fully inclusive ( no extra charge) seafront rooms.

Great staffs, very clean, nice food ranges

We had half board, in dinner we had to pay for any drinks, even water not free in dinner. That’s but weird-how people will eat dinner without drinks?! That should not be the case.

Very friendly and super attentive staff. Great buffet food selection (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Really enjoyed the Bambalouni, fresh fruit juices and freshly made continental pastries every morning and the Tunisian selection of bsissa. Great location with private beach and close to Port Al Kantoui walking distance. The staff were very friendly and caring. I would like to thank Aziz Layouni and his colleague for arranging trips and all the waiters. Also thank you for the upgrade. I would definitely recommend and would like to come again (if the price is right got a fantastic price)

Not really, a complaint but it would be nice to have more kid-friendly facilities such as football and water slides.

This is easily the best hotel is Sousse, stayed with my partner for 7 nights and booked up again before we’d even checked our, all staff are welcoming and friendly throughout the stay, a huge thank you to Fethi in the lobby who never let us go thirsty, always on hand with more refreshments and snacks no matter how busy it got, always made time for us. Hamdi in the buffet restaurant would always make sure we had a nice table by the window as we loved the beach/pool views and always had refreshments waiting for us and Aziz in guest relations, was so welcoming and had a lovely conversation with myself regarding potential honeymoon stay and our next stay. The rooms are modern and have stocked mini bars with robes, slippers and a fruit bowl on arrival (in star prestige.) The bathrooms were stocked with lovely smelling shampoos/conditioners and body washes, full sizes not small minis. I cannot rate this place any higher than a 10 but it is amazing. Nothing is too much for them!

We were at the hotel with the kids, Staff were very friendly and helpful: the reception, luggage, restaurant, room service, etc... We opted for an all-inclusive option, which was perfect, especially with the children Food was excellent with plenty of varieties of all tastes in the buffet at the main restaurant Entertainment during the day and in the evenings was amazing. The entire family had fun, from pool foam party to evening samba show and beach party with professional DJ. The entertainment team and the kids' club team were very professional Cleanliness was also perfect We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return to this hotel

I stayed for a long weekend at Iberostar Diar el Andalous again. It was my third time, and I am always happy to come back to relax a bit. There are a couple of reasons why I am a returning customer. First, the location of the hotel is close to Enfidha Airport—it takes only 25 minutes by car, which is very convenient for me. Second, it has a beautiful private beach. Third, the spa center and the gym are fantastic. However, the main reason I am a returning guest is the absolutely great customer service at the hotel. The staff provide outstanding service. Mohamed, the assistant director, and Imed, the guest manager, along with his assistant, are absolutely brilliant. I would also like to give special thanks to Fatima and Sondes at the spa center for their excellent service. Additionally, special thanks to Najwa, the very kind cleaning lady who kept my room super clean, and Hajer, the lovely receptionist who was endlessly kind, helpful, and professional. I had a short but wonderful stay at the hotel, and I will definitely come back again.

Our short visit to Tunasia was extremely enjoyable because of this hotel. The whole team made every effort they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Akram in the Bar, he went above and beyond on every single interaction we had, to a point which my Girlfriend mentioned Akram is spoiling us. Other Team members who I would like to mention are Fedi, aymen, Aladin - quadbike,Moataz ,Mohammed,Kamel ,jaleel, Imad, Raouf. My sincere apologies as I cannot recall the masseuse who was in the spa.
