The hotel got quite busy yet there was no towel card system in place i.e. you could get as many towels as you wanted for the pool so people were taking lots and leaving them on beds. This meant quite often there were no both no towels and no sunbeds left. We were often told to come back later for a towel or go elsewhere in the hotel to get some. In the afternoons, we removed others' towels in order to get a bed. We didn't have this issue last year as there was a card system (one towel per card), so we were disappointed by this. It seems petty but you really don't need that stress when on holiday.

From check-in to check-out we received excellent customer service at Pine Bay Holiday Resort. I would like to thank Özge (Guest Relations) in particular for all her help and kindness throughout our stay, she provided outstanding service and Pine Bay are very lucky to have her. The resort is in a great location, with quick access to Kusadasi via a Dolmus or Taxi. It's also just below Ephesus and Selcuk which we were very fortunate to visit. The resort itself is very big, has a long beach and several pools. My two children (3 & 8) loved the kids' pools, slides and especially the ice cream which they enjoyed every day. There is a kids club next to the kid's pools and they also have a Mini Disco at 20:30 pm every night, which was enjoyed by both the kids and adults. Entertainment is also provided after the Disco for adults, we loved the various performance shows especially the acrobats and fire show. Food - there is something for everyone. I myself am a vegetarian and was spoilt for choice, my husband enjoyed the chicken & fish, whilst the kids treated themselves to a bit of everything. My concern was that the children wouldn't enjoy the food or would be fussy, but they loved the food and ate more than they would at home. The desserts/fresh fruit was also very nice - the watermelon, in particular, seemed to be enjoyed by most of the diners. Omar who served the watermelon/melon was always cutting away with a happy smile on his face. There are various restaurants throughout the resort including bars and snack bars, we had an Italian meal from the Panoramic balcony one evening with a spectacular view. We had a Club room (906) which accommodated a family of 4, it was very spacious so we all had enough space at the end of the day to relax in our own zones. There was an extra room with a sofa to chill out on and a balcony overlooking the breathtaking sea.

The facilities were fabulous, food was available 20 hours a day and there was always something for everyone, bar is open 24 hours. We were doing 18,000 steps a day just around the resort. Fab staff, especially all the bar staff. Entertainment every night. Pools were always clean, with lots of towels and sun loungers available. Nice that they have an indoor pool too as my son burns with the sun. Paddle boards and canoes were free of charge. Local bus brings you into town for 15 lira every 15 minutes. Free WiFi available throughout the resort, some parts better than others but considering the size of the place it’s pretty good signal. Luckily for us we got a great deal on the price of our stay too.

- excellent staff everywhere, thanks! - very comfortable bed - we were happy with food/buffet - nice clear water at beach. - interessting Bars/Restaurants/Pools spread on Hotel Area. - good location of our room with beautiful sea view - everyone was very pleased with our baby, nice entertainment for him, thanks for this - as we came 1 week before high season we found everywhere a free chair - Transfer from Izmir Airport to Pine Bay and back worked very well (1hr drive), important for us with Baby. We can recommend this Hotel definitely also for guests with small baby/child if you do not mind walking around with stroller as Hotel has a lot of things to explore in a wide area (with uphill walking). We enjoyed.

we definitely consider to come again, just some small things were not perfect to give 9 out of 10 points: - in our room ventilation was broken in toilet (made loud noise) - opening hours of bars/restaurants could be longer (we came 1 week before high season) - in high season could be crowdy we guess - not everywhere is quite hotel, a lot of Animation till late in evening. - at beach it's not everywhere easy to go into water (has stones/rocks), just one small beach at the end has sandy beach, also not so many chairs in shadow, so not easy with small baby/child but we managed it very well with our son.

Everything was great from the first day when we talked to the receptionist till the last day. The resort is huge and offers many facilities, yes you do have to walk a lot but whoever complained about walking should choose a smaller resort. There are many pools and bars, many snack bars with varied food. The drinks were good quality and the cocktails were lovely. The resort offers water sports, plenty activities for kids and adults. I recommend the a la carte restaurants (I think they have 5) , it was a great experience. Also the spa offers one of the best massages. The location is great, there is so much vegetation around. Furthermore, the staff is very nice and helpful they never seem bothered to help us. This is one of the nicest resorts in kusadasi if not in the whole country. I would come back here for sure.

My only complaint would be that the room is a bit outdated and the bathroom is not very nice. The bathtub is quite annoying and whenever the shower is running the water is leaking on the floor.

Great location, fantastic food and amenities (pools, restaurants, bars, sport facilities)

The resort claims the club rooms are soundproof which is very far from truth, you can hear your next door neighbors very clearly (spoke to few other staying in the club rooms and that was the case for them as well) and with windows being single glazed you can also hear anything outside. The entertainment is very loud and takes places late eg. shows from 21.15 and dj from 22.30 till midnight. It also takes place in the area where club rooms are located, which tends to be where families with kids stay so it was very noisy.

Bungallows needs complete renovation, bathrooms pretty bad.

Excellent choice of food throughout the day at the many restaurants. Several bars around resort which you could easily use throughout the day. Well worth the money going all inclusive. Great location and watersports on site which offered a great range of activities to keep the teenagers happy! Plenty of waterparks near the resort and town centre only a 10 min taxi ride away if you wanted to explore. Private beach is stunning. Always plenty sunbeds around and towels are removed if left unattended for more than 2 hours so everyone gets a chance at a good sunlounger.

Bungalows for family stays 5 min walk from hotel itself which is fine but as the resort is on a hill makes for exhausting journey to and fro your room in 40 degree heat. Not good if suffer with mobility issues or other conditions which my husband has. When at the hotel through plenty of lifts if you need them to take you to the different levels for pool and beach.

Everything including staff, territory, sea and facilities was exceptionally perfect. I can't imagine something better to this price. Very beautiful 4 a la carte restaurants were really tasty and differ from each other. Special thanks to the guest relations staffs Emre and Aleyna, specially Emre bey helped us a lot and solved all of our problems.

The weather was a bit cold in the may, probably season opens after the may in here. Also lady who manages the sea-fish restaurant named Tuba was a bit nervous and intolerant toward our children .

We spent 10 days with twins - 3 years old. In advance I requested room not far away from a restaurant and main attractions which was given(thank you!) ,still there was enough walking however it didn't bother us)) The nature is amazing, the sea is calm and beautiful, a number of swimming pools - there's place to everyone. The food was good. Kids enjoyed the Kids club very much, special Thanks to Sofia,Ibrahim and Tina!!!

More attention should be paid to safety near pools area, no RUBBER covering around the pool and water slides, very slippery(there is synthetic, wich is very thin and wet all the time). There's no tea in a beach bar. The outside cleaning could be improved,in the afternoon a lot of garbage near sunbeds.
