This was my penultimate night in Turkey and I wanted to stay somewhere close to Dalaman airport but still amongst the tourist vibe. Dalyan is a beautiful place to stay and has remained largely unspoilt and the stay at this authentic hotel kept the Turkish vibes flowing. Also quite possibly one of the most comfiest beds I have ever slept on, I had a fantastic nights sleep. I was able to park the hire car in the street outside and was within easy walking distance of the main square.

It's a very convenient location, very good value for a budget traveller like myself. The room has a fridge, aircon and a kettle.

Nothing, but the noise from the town can be loud at night, but the double glazed windows keep it out. I think it could be improved by making more of the space outside, a shady seating area would be nice.

Comfortable, friendly guest house in a central location. Small balcony but with a view of the rock tombs. Free bikes were a nice touch and useful for going further out of town. Helpful owner. Roof terrace for relaxing.

Nothing major. Roof terrace needs all the clutter tidying away and would be nice if drinks could be served up there. Breakfast was just ok.

Brilliant location, right in town, and yet very quiet. We slept very well for the 4 nights. Room was very clean and had good WiFi. We liked the rooftop terrace where they served a great breakfast and were delighted to have a great view of the rock tombs!! we really were pleased we stayed here. ( and no dogs at all chasing up the street or anything). We would always look to stay here again.

slight smell in the bathroom - I think some bleach down the drains would be good. but it didn’t detract from our stay.

The location is excellent. It is close to the river boats and restaurants and the market street. The view of the Lycian Tombs is gorgeous. The breakfast was good. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The access isn't suitcase friendly so we had to carry our suitcases up to the entrance and then up the stairs. The room was very small.

Loved the location of the hotel, a very short walk to the river and of course the many shops , bars, restaurants We originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but my friend had to fly home urgently. The hotel only charged us for 1 night which was so nice of them

Nothing not to like. Would definitely return to this hotel and the lovely staff

What a little gem this is, a family run Guest House which is kept spotlessly clean, rooms are spacious with good hot showers. The breakfast on offer is served by a lovely lady called Senay , on a roof terrace with fantastic views of the beautiful country side and the tombs set in the cliffs. You can also use this to sit and relax, There are plenty of places to eat and supermarkets nearby, it is also within easy walking distance from the bus terminal . . WiFi is very good, a well recommended place to stay

There was nothing to dislike

Breakfast was fine. Nothing amazing but fresh and value for money. Location excellent and right near town and shops.

For some reason I could not connect to the Wifi but that’s probably because I have an iPhone, I don’t think it was the hotel’s fault at all although it was inconvenient

Caretta Caretta is a friendly welcoming hotel with good facilities. The delicious Turkish breakfasts are provided on a lovely roof terrace with attractive views.

Nothing except that the coffee could have been more tasty.

There was my first trip to Dalyan, I was there in the off-season during January for a few nights. Very nice location, there was a nice room with a small balcony and comfortable bed. Close to the hotel, you can find a lot of restaurants and regular food shops and ancient sites.

During my trip, there wasn't hot water in the room due to the heavy rain weather. Better to add any water heater in the wintertime.
