This family run hotel is very nice with eclectic decor and traditional Turkish feel. It’s in a great location within 5 min walk into main Dalyan restaurants and the river. The pool and the surrounding area were very clean and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the aircon is very effective. Bed was large and enough pillows supplied.

My only comment would be that the area around the pool is limited so if you plan to laze on a lounger most days then this may not be a good choice of hotel for you.

Room allocated on the first night was awful, but hotel was full due to lots of cancelled flights. Next morning we were moved (not by request) to a fantastic room by the pool. They told us that all they wanted was for us to be very happy with our stay - and we were.

What could have been better? - bigger coffee cups at breakfast?

The location of the hotel was very good and central. There was allocated hotel car parking but if they were full (by any chance) there was plenty of parking in the street at the front of the hotel. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a beautiful large room with a nice jacuzzi (big enough for 2!). It was lovely and very clean. The bar (Nil Lounge) is connected to the hotel (but does not belong to the hotel). It was a lovely comfy bar with good quality, reasonably priced drinks (and there was live music on when we were there which was a bonus as they were very good)

There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel and we would definitely return again.

Nice, beautiful hotel. Great location. Two excellent, clean pools, sun loungers, towels always available. Delicious breakfasts, very friendly staff.

The TV didn't work, we didn't complain because it wasn't really important to us. In the bathroom, the light bulbs near the mirror are not connected to electricity at all :-) The socket in the bathroom is just for decoration, behind the electrical socket there is just ceramics...

This place is very tastefully and creatively decorated. I loved the lounge, with it's soft lighting from colourful Turkish lamps, cosy wood burning stove (it was January) and armchairs. The staff were wonderful - all wanting to do everything they could to make sure you are happy. The little touches meant a lot: toasting your bread in the stove/ holding an umbrella over you when you went back to your room in the rain etc. A good choice.

The hotel was a cute and beautiful family friendly hotel. The ambiance and atmosphere were very nice. I really felt at ease and I couldn’t get enough of the beautiful flowers in and around the hotel. The biggest plus was definitely the staff. They were amazing! Especially Can. I travelled alone and I felt safe and welcome. They were very helpful and considerate from check-in to check-out. They continuously made sure if everything was going well for me and they helped me a lot with suggesting the best places to visit.

This hotel is beautiful. Close to the city center and boating tours. The staff was really kind and helpful!

A group of children from the International School of Istanbul stayed in the hotel for a couple of days which was very noisy. We did not blame the children for this but to be honest we were surprised that the hotel allowed a group like this as it is not suitable. Guests were not happy about it.

Nil was brilliant - all the hotel staff was almost hand-picked I felt to be very friendly. Beautiful bar, restaurant, and every corner of the hotel was something unique and beautiful. Specially catered our dinner and lunch as we are vegetarian - chef cooked simply brilliant, decently priced food.

The only thing I would say housekeeping can be a bit tidier - one hand towel had hairs stuck to it and was wet when we entered the room, and all the bed sheets were not crisp ( felt as if used and refitted by housekeeping). Room mattresses can be better quality - as all the 3 mattresses had a dip in the middle.

Good location close to the centre of town, spacious room, good food, nice pool. Lounge furnishings and decoration had quite a unique feel to it.

Too much wildlife running around for our liking and uncontrolled. Cats crawling over and sleeping on the lounge furniture as well as clawing at it, cats and dogs wandering through the dining area and laying under tables.

Brand new hotel just a few minutes walk from the river. We were offered a lovely upgrade for our anniversary, but all the rooms looked great. Special thanks to Ömer for his help and attention.

Poor sound insulation from the public areas, and pretty noisy (music etc) in the first part of the night, both nights - but perhaps only because it was the weekend.
