Lovely hotel, really clean, beautiful pool and great breakfast. The location is fab, just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. It was the start of the season so there was a handful of guests staying at the hotel but staff were lovely and really helpful. We stayed in the terrace room which was a great size and the beds are super comfy. Only negative would be that you share the terrace with the neighbours, a privacy fence in between the terrace would be a great addition but it didn't affect us this time as there wasn't anyone staying in the room next door. We had a great stay and we look forward to returning.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Property was clean throughout. Breakfast substantial and served in bright, airy surroundings. Nearby cafeteria and homemade burger shop. Supermarkets and Dalyan centre in short walking distance with great options for eating out in the evening

The shower didn’t drain away properly and so we had a very wet bathroom on a regular basis but this was not a major issue.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from the city centre. On the other hand it's quite and it's easy to park just next to it (as there's no parking you can park a car just behind the wall). I didn't have time, but the swimming pool looks really nice. Also, the breakfast was just amazing and I appreciate that bigger room was offered to us as at that time it was free.

There are some details to improve like fix some stuff (e.g. electrics plugs), but nothing else.

Rooms great size, breakfast delicious, towels provided for the pool. Free aircon for rooms. Decent snack bar menu and drinks. Staff were very friendly.

We were in the rooms on the top floor, there was no balcony/hooks to dry towels, etc.

Staff were very professional polite and courteous, never in your face but always in the background to help or serve. And only a 10 minute stroll in to the centre and the breakfast was more than enough.

The hotel itself was very clean and the pool, the only small issue would be some broken floor tiles near the pump house which had some sharp edges, hopefully no one has an accident and this issue is repaired. The lighting in the bathroom could be better and it's quite narrow between the shower screen and the wall, a little awkward to shave and use the sink.

the swimming pool was a good size and Hamamm towels were available to use daily by the pool. the hotel didn’t feel crowded. the staff were warm and welcoming. rooms were comfortable. breakfasts were fantastic, traditional Turkish, and bottled water was always provided. I loved the large shower. the location was great too; just a short 10 minute stroll until Dalyan centre.

In my room, 209, the shower floor was constantly wet; the water never fully drained away. The shower was always slippery when you went in because of surface water. It just felt a wee bit unsafe. The only other to comment on was the size of the cover on the bed, it was more suited to a single bed than a double. I have to say none of these things detracted from a great stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff cannot do enough for you (with a little help from Google translate sometimes). Always great value for money, exceptionally clean and friendly. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and no doubt we will be back again in the future.

The swimming pool was looking a little green (although we were here pretty late in the season) and feel that the common areas outside are looking somewhat tired and could do with a little tlc to bring them back to the standard it was a few years ago when we first stayed here.

Love the location of this Hotel and the staff are all really helpful. Food at Hotel was beautiful and very reasonably priced. This was our 3rd stay at this Hotel and it never disappoints.
